Barrington of West Chester

We have had no problems with the management and there are no complaints about the food. My dad's housekeeper is excellent and the maintenance staff is always prompt when we need something. In regards to the care, my dad has some really good nurses there.

The management does a great job and the maintenance is always prompt at fixing anything. . My dad says that they give him a lot of food and what they serve is very good. They do a great job with the activities. They have many things going on inside the community as well as outside. We are very pleased with the community.

The management was a fun bunch of people to work with. They were enthusiastic and positive all the time. I think they did a good job overall. The food was good according to Dad and I like their policy for family and friends to join Dad for meals. It is a nice venue and nice surroundings. In regards to the activities, it seemed like they had a good variety on things to do as well as entertaininig people who came in and performed in the lobby and so forth. The building looked good and it was maintained very well.

Management has always been very responsive and the dining service is satisfactory. Transportation drives her every week to see my father and it works out well. They have a couple of vans and they're in good condition. The housekeeping staff seem to do a good job and activities are going on all the time. The healthcare staff is respectful. The maintenance staff do a good job, inside and outside. All in all, she feels safe and comfortable at the community.

Management is very aware of everything that is going on. I see them on the floor and not at their computers, which impresses me. The healthcare staff do a good job and they're accessible. Every time I am over there, I never have a complaint with the apartment maintenance. The room looks pretty clean and my mom's clothes are pressed. She is busy with activities a lot and they seem to take her out to places. She doesn't complain about the dining. I am satisfied with the acommodations and she feels both, safe and comfortable. All in all, the community is well run, I am happy she is there and she loves it there.

I looked at everything from $2000 less to $2000 more and I feel like we are getting the same value there that we would have gotten for the $2000 more. They know everybody by name and they are hands on. They have bent over backwards to help with the transition. They helped tremendously with everything that was needed. I am very pleased with the management. The nursing staff has been wonderful. They come in regularly and check on him to make sure that everything is okay. Andy in maintenance has everything under control. My brother needs to have the temperature at a certain level. They tried to get the temperature down because it was too hot due to the surrounding apartments wanting it warm. When they could not do that, Andy installed an in room air conditioner that keeps the room between 70-71. I thought that was over the top. Everything in the building is the same way: it is well taken care of. In housekeeping, Amy is top drawer, I would love to hire her. I always know that she has been there when I come in on Monday because everything is pristine.

After doing the tour, we were so welcomed it just felt so obvious to live there. We are very involved in the activities. She is like a kid in a candy store, she refers to it as like being on a cruise ship. She went from living with me having no one to hang out with to going to Bingo all of the time with her friends. Housekeeping is great.

I think they are well organized, efficient and polite. It is a beautiful facility. I have been very pleased with the management and staff. The dining service is good and the food is tasty. The place looks great. It is extremely well maintained and decorated. It looks like a top notch facility. The care staff seem very friendly and competent. They are always there when needed. I would be likely to recommend the community to someone.

Management seems to have things well in hand. It is hard to meet everyone's preferences, but most people enjoy the food. The activities are pretty good, and they have movies every night. My sister has been pleased with the housekeeping, and everything seems to be well maintained here. This community is very nice, and you get what you pay for here. I am impressed with the staff.

Management is very attentive and good. The food is good, the activities are great, and the nurses are very attentive and there for her. They are also pretty responsive.
