Management is very good, and they get involved. They are able to tell me how my mom is when I visit. They don't just lead others, but they are involved. There are a lot of people in the building, but they know the residents and can offer recommendations. I like that they are involved. The food is okay, the cleaning is good, and the maintenance guys are really good. If we have a problem with something, we get a hold of him, and he takes care of it. No issues go unresolved. The caregivers are really good and are really responsive.

The management staff are good. If I have a problem and go to them, they fix it. The chef is a super dessert man and makes very good soup. If I have a mechanical problem, Andy fixes it right away. Theresa, the housekeeping does a fabulous job.

I enjoy living here. The care staff is really good. They're just really helpful and knowledgeable about the medicine that you take and everything. We have a driver, Dave, that can take you on little errands or side trips. I think we just got a brand new vehicle last year. The maintenance team is good. There's a quick response. Once you put in a request, they usually get it done that day. The housekeeping services are really good. It's an efficient service, and my housekeeper cleans really well. There is a lot of variety of activities throughout the week. They have good food. They give you like three options, or you can order off the menu. The management team is really good. The director is really nice and friendly and helpful.

I feel it is an excellent value. The management staff is outstanding. It's one of the best that I've seen. Mom picks and chooses what she does in activities, but she has good reviews for the ones she has participated in. The housekeeping is good. The maintenance staff is very good at communicating with the residents. Stephanie and Lisa have been excellent and have always tried to accommodate our needs. We tell everyone this is a first class facility.

Everything that I have dealt with here has been just fine. I am happy with the dining, and the service is very good. The activities are fine. Maintenance is very good. I think the value is fine. I am very happy here.

The healthcare staff is always nice and courteous. If I need them, they're responsive and accessible. I am satisfied with my apartment layout and the building maintenance, and I am definitely pleased with the way the maintenance man performs. My housekeeper comes in on a regular basis at a specific time, and she knows exactly the way I like my bed made. Our activity director does a wide variety of things, and we have activities both in and outside of the complex. Menu variety during the dining experience is fine, and the servers are excellent. Management takes thoughts that the residents have into consideration, and they're definitely available. Not only do they reach out, but I can send an email and we can talk about things later. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable, and I think they provide a great place to live.

I have been very satisfied with the management team because of their cooperation and the above and beyond that they have done to keep Charlie there. I am extremely happy with them. They have always been very accessible and responsive. The housekeeper does a pretty good job, and she is very friendly and outgoing. The care givers have always been professional and have always looked out for my father. They have gone above and beyond with him in the last year. I am really satisfied there. They have always been accessible to me whenever I have questions.

The apartment is perfect and exactly what my mother needs. The building looks very clean and I haven't seen anything that I even took a second look at. The woman who does her housekeeping goes out of her way to do extra things if asked and the laundry service is satisfactory. There are so many activities to do and the variety is great. When I talk to her every day, she tells me what she had for dinner. It's all she talks about. Management answered all of our questions and made time available to bring my mother over to see the apartment, so I cannot say enough about them. So far, it's been absolutely wonderful. She wasn't sure about leaving her home, but she can't say enough good things about it.

I have been here five years, and I really enjoy being here. The people, help and management are really good. It works out fine. I have no problems with this place. It has worked out very well. The activities here are outstanding. Tracy does a good job of keeping track of good acts and stuff like that. The grounds are very well kept. They just put in a new walkway around the building, which is very helpful. Andy the maintenance man, does a good job. He is very good and very responsive. Theresa cleans my room, adn she is very good. She is very accessible if I have a problem during the week. She is good about adjusting her schedule if I have a conflict. Stephanie is excellent and does a good job. Carol at the desk is outstanding. All of the management is very responsive. If you have problems, they follow up very quickly.

The waitresses are good and the food is good. If I need anything done, I put in a work order at the desk and Andy will come up. It is a nice place. The care staff are there 24 hours a day and do a good job. I think they are good. Housekeeping makes my bed and washes my sheets and blankets. They have a lot of activities going on. I like the Barrington because they haev more activities. They have bingo, arts and crafts, and bridge. They keep you busy.
