Management has been respectful and they do call back when you leave a message. Mom enjoys the crafts, the library access, and she likes the lectures. She's even done painting and jewelry making.

I think the management does a great job and they are always helpful. The housekeeping is good, the building is great and when I need something maintenance comes right away. The caregivers are great when I need them and I think it is a great value. I love it here and I am very happy.

The place is beautiful and run well. I am able to trust that my mother feels safe and comfortble in the community, which is wonderful. All of the staff, both management and healthcare, are respectful and helpful. The activities are top notch and seem to be effective in engaging the residents.

I chose this community to move into because of the surroundings and atmosphere. I have no complaint on anything. I have plenty of space in my apartment, I’m happy with the service I get, I have no complaint on the value.

I am very satisfied with everything about the place. The building is nice and the staff is great. The staff from top to bottom treats my mom with dignity and respect. I know it is not easy to consistently put your best food forward but I have never seen anyone misstep towards my mother or another resident. I have seen residents snap back at the staff but I haven't seen the staff so much as roll their eyes at them. I have never seen anyone who isn't attentive, confident and polite. The menu variety looks good and the meals look as good as can be expected. Housekeeping is excellent and the community is very well maintained.

I think they really do a good job of getting entertainment in and celebrating all the different holidays. Every little thing that there is they do something special for. Andy, the maintenanace person, was good and the common areas were very nice.

We appreciate the care and the very personal care. They really treat my mother like family. The staff really care about her.

I think they do a good job trying to please everyone. Everything is very elite and clean. As far as I can tell it is very well managed here. They do have a board where we can express our views. You can go talk to them anytime.I am a pretty active person and they have a variety of stuff.

I've lived here three years. I think the nursing staff is very good. If I need to I am always able to contact them. On two occasions I fell and they got to me right away and were able to help me. I'm in Independent, so I seldom need them, but the two occasions I did, they were right there. I have been very pleased with the staff that they hire. Their friendliness, honesty, and they're very accommodating. So I am very pleased.

They're very good. The nurses are pretty good, respectful and knowledgeable. From my standpoint, for what I get, my housekeeper does well. There is quite a bit of entertainment, and there's more than enough outings. The managers respond and answer any questions I have and are friendly.
