I love my apartment. It is very comfortable and I have no problem with anything here. The management try to do the things that are right for the residents. They have done some nice things while we have been confined due to Covid. They have a little afternoon snack they bring around and they don't have to do that but I think they are trying to lift the spirits of the people here. That is just part of what they are doing and I think that is really, really nice.

They are taking care of the residents as well as they can in the situation they are currently in (Coronavirus). The staff are going above and beyond and are delivering things to the residents rooms. Before this, the housekeeping has always been spot on, the building is in excellent condition, transportation is always available and there are always a plethora of activities to participate in.

Management does a good job overall and she has been happy with the dining service. Everything has been fine with housekeeping, maintenance responds quickly and the care staff have been pretty good. They respond and communicate with me when I need to talk to them. We feel like this is the safest place for her right now.

The management at the community does a good job. They do a good job keeping things clean in my mother's apartment. There was a number of issues, but when we brought it to the maintenance departments attention they fixed it. The care and nursing staff are good. Any dealings I have had with the staff have gone well.

This community is great. It is very good, reasonably priced and my father in law is very happy. Management is very good, they always work with me and are pleasant to deal with. They are very nice people. My father in law seems very happy with the dining service, the housekeeping has worked out well and the building is clean like it should be. Anytime he has needed to go anywhere they have been able to accommodate him. It would appear that he is very happy here.

I have been dealing with Kim Grear and Paula for quite a while. My mother has been there for six years, and we have had a very good relationship. The communication is very good. I am quite pleased with the food and the dining. For people her age I would say the activities staff does quite well. They have a nice set of activities during the day, and there are definitely enough outings. The building is very attractive driving up. The care is excellent. There seems to be enough staff and they are very nice. I think it is an excellent value.

They are all great people in management. Te dining service is excellent. The activities are great. Housekeeping is also very good. I am not here when she comes, but I can tell when she has been here. The maintenance is good. When you need them, they are there.

My Father loves that he can eat ribs every night in the dining room! Overall, I believe that the value is worth it because the mangement team is accessible, the activities are entertaining, and I feel very comfortable with him being there.

They're very helpful here. They do special things for me. The aides come as soon as you buzz. They're all caring. Every time I have a problem, I call maintenance and they come right up. The transportation here is wonderful. They have activities every day, a couple things by the schedule. I use the swimming pool and play bingo. We have bands come in, we had a lady from the circus, and there's a monthly birthday social. Management is good here. I love my apartment. I am very pleased. It's excellent.

Management is very good. They're very responsive, accessible and respectful. They offer a lot of activities. The dining service is excellent.
