Bella Terra

I had seen a lot of others but they were not homey. . My apartment is gorgeous. Everybody is young and they smile. Everything is good. The girls at the front desk are so wonderful. There are so many activities that I can't keep up. A big plus for me because I have to keep moving my legs is that their pool is wonderful. I consider myself very fortunate that I found Bella Terra.

I chose Bella Terra for my mother because I used to work there, so I knew how the staff treats residents. I think the caregivers are wonderful. Melissa, one of the nurses, is exceptional at answering my questions. The activities are excellent. The Activities Director is doing a very good job with them. My mother seems like she's happily fed. Of management I only know the current sales and marketing people and they're really good. I am very satisfied, I think they're wonderful.

The community was recommended by my physician, everybody was so kind and warm we decided this had to be the place for us, we're very happy here, we've been here to weeks an we love it. Everything we've thought of or needed, they've helped us with, and we appreciate that, and housekeeping has been wonderful. She's only been here once but I was very pleased with what she did. The food is pretty good, I can't complain.

Management is very attentive to your needs, very polite, and always smiling. My mom loves the dining staff, they're very nice and always willing to help. Housekeeping is very good and maintenance comes right when you call them, they're there the same day. The healthcare staff is very nice and willing to help.

Management is very good, they call me when there is an issue, there haven't been many issues for my father, they've been very nice. They've always been very cordial and given me answers that were clear and precise. There are always activities going on when I go in there and the transportation services are very good, there is always availability for him. Housekeeping is very precise with coming in and cleaning and it looks clean every time I've come in.

I understand other places may cost more, but Bella Terra does beat Nursing Homes and my father has a nice room with nice windows. He also has nice views because he likes to look at the woods and while it's unfortunate he doesn't participate in a lot of activities, that isn't their fault. The housekeeping and laundry has been good because they do a great job and all the girls working there are really good. Regarding the healthcare services, I think the staff there is excellent because they're respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive to the residents. In terms of maintenance, the community is kept very clean, everything is very good and if we need maintenance assistance, the maintenance crew comes right away. Regarding the dining experience, I think the dining has been very good and I am satisfied with the variety of menu that is offered. I am also happy with management, so I think everything is OK there and have been pleased with my father's stay at the community.

We chose Bella Terra for my parents-in-law because of the apartment size. So far, I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations provided, plus I love their apartment because it has a balcony. In regards to transportation, the few times they have been on the bus so far, it's been very helpful. The maintenance staff was very helpful with the mailboxes, so they've been great, otherwise they haven't needed much and the building itself looks beautiful. Housekeeping is very helpful and it's nice that they'll come in to clean the apartment because it's a great help. In terms of activities, they're entertaining, well planned, offered consistently and they have actually added some things that they've asked for too. They're satisfied with the dining service, menu variety and quality of food offered, so they love the dining experience. As for management, they have been attentive to everything that we have needed thus far, so it's been a great experience for them at the community and we have already recommended it to others.

We chose this community for my uncle for the location. So far, the dining has been good and housekeeping has been fine. The healthcare staff has been very good as well.

It's the best place around. The apartment size, the friendliness, the management cares deeply and you couldn't ask for a better manager with Kim. The healthcare staff is very good. The directors care and they try to do the best they can. They're hiring more aides that are more consistent and really care for the patients. They're really streamlining and improving the quality for the people that live here. Management is fantastic. The transportation is excellent also, they do a super job. Nancy does an exceptional job with the housekeeping and the building is well maintained by the management here. They do an excellent job.

The nurses and staff there are wonderful, they are absolutely the best. The nurses were so sweet to my mom and would call me if my mom needed anything and they would always update me on my mom's health. The dining was very nice when my mom would go down there. The building always looked nice. We did put in one work order and it was done very quickly. It's been a while since my mom has done the activities but she did enjoy them. SThere seemed to always be something new going on.
