Bella Vista

From what I have experienced, management appears to be respectful, accessible and responsive if I need anything. My parent's apartment is excellent, the building appears nice and they love their housekeeper. I see activities on the calendar and they're well planned for the residents. Overall, my parents are well taken care of and things seem to run well, so I feel comfortable with them being there because it's much better than where they were before.

The food was great and there were plenty of activities offered. The building was always very clean and maintenance was good.

The care and management staff are accessible, and they always do the best they can to resolve problems that may come up. My mother enjoys the activities that are offered, making it a very positive experience overall.

We moved my father-in-law in after hearing word of mouth from families of residents there. We heard good stuff and the price was more reasonable than other places. It's good food there and he enjoys the ice cream social and different activities there. The care givers do their best to be available and respond when you need. Overall it's been a good experience.

The care is very good. When I need help, someone comes in an acceptable amount of time. Maintenance is terrific, their response times are good and the housekeeping is good. They have plenty of activities available and the service in the dining room is good.

The staff always has activities posted to keep the people active. Last summer they had a gathering with a live band outside and that was very nice.

I’ve been comfortable here these past four years. The apartments are all nice, pretty cute. The housekeepers are all so good at cleaning, and I really enjoy them. I don’t have any complaints about anybody. The managers are very good. They are right there when you call, and they are all respectful. The food is good, all the chefs try really hard. We had a really good meal today, and if you want something different, they make it for you. They are all nice girls, real friendly, and do anything you ask. There's always new people moving in I and I enjoy seeing all the people.

Management does a really good job and housekeeping is fantastic. In terms of care, for the most part they're really good. I appreciate them letting me make this my home.

From everything I've seen, it's been good. My mom is health, cared for, and she likes the people. In terms of activities, she does like the guy who plays the guitar and sings, she loves him. As far as I know, she's happy with the care staff.

It's reasonable compared to other places, I think it's a little less than most and everything is convenient, we have the gym and hair dresser here. They have some good people come in to entertain, the activities are good. The caretakers here are great!
