My Dad's care has been exceptional. They give him a lot of attention and are great about communicating with me. The activities are very nice. My Dad is a carpenter by trade so when they did things like build bird houses and painting it was right up his alley. We are very pleased with our choice and it is worth every penny.

I would say the building is well maintained overall. The housekeepers at the community do a fine job keeping the building clean and neat. The food itself is good and the dining room has a good variety on the menu. The management seems to be a doing a great job and compared to other communities I have seen this community has a great value.

They get everything they need and they're very comfortable. When we looked at prices of other places, they were much higher so we feel we're getting very good value. Things have been handled very well. The food is good and the setting is very pleasant. They really love the groups who come in and do music and celebrations.

I think the place is perfect for my mother. They are responsive to inquiries. I think overall they do a good job. My mom likes the food a lot. She has complimented both the service and variety. It is always clean and good looking. I think they are very nice and thorough with my mother.

I feel quite comfortable at the community and the value is fine. The maintenance staff take care of things right away for me and I am satisfied with the building condition. There is definitely a good variety of activities offered and I enjoy the bingo that is offered on Friday nights. The quality of food and variety of menu is satisfactory. I've had very good, prompt results with management on things I have had to be done and they're very nice about everything. Overall, I feel safe and I have acclimated.

My mother has her independence at the community, the apartment is nice and they feed her. After comparing what other places offered, this place has the best price. The maintenance staff is really good with all of her issues, even if she hits the wrong button on her remote control, so they go above & beyond. She loves the activities and they're keeping her both, active and social. Management is always helpful and if I have any questions at all, they get back to me quickly. Housekeeping services do a great job and they leave her notes on the bed. Overall, it's a pretty great place and my mother feels safe, which is the most important thing.

The care staff is very vigilant about watching my mother. They recognize me when I come, and if there's anything I need to know, they stop what they're doing. They're terrific. They're very good at taking care of the grounds, as well as making sure there are not trip or fall hazards anywhere. The housekeeping services are so good about checking to see if her bathroom needs to be cleaned and not just cleaning it when it's scheduled. I think they're excellent for that. They're good with laundry. My mom had some special dietary needs, and the dining staff is very good about that. Whenever I'm there, I notice that the dining staff is very kind to everyone. In terms of management, I've noticed special attention to making sure all regulations are met as far as paperwork and things like that. I think it's a good value.

The care staff is very prompt with giving her medication. They're very good with her. Their response time is very good. My aunt has lost her remote several times, and the maintenance team is on the spot in making sure her TV is up and running. They are just right on top of it. The building is kept in wonderful condition. The carpets are always vacuumed. There's nothing on the floors or laying around on tables. It's very well maintained. Housekeeping is excellent. The food is quite nice with a tremendous variety. It just seems like everything is fresh. She's on a special diet, and they never screw that up. I'm very happy with the dining department. The treat my aunt like a queen. I think they're very fair for what they're charging and what she's getting. She's enjoying herself. She loves it there.

I think they are good. When there is a problem because of a storm they bend over backwards to take care of them. They have parties for them. They treat them with respect. I know my mom is always safe there. That is the major thing. They are good. If they lose power, they call us. If mom falls, they call us. I think they do a good job. When I look at the activities calendar, they seem well planned. She loves the service, and she thinks the kids are great.

Management is super sweet, accommodating and have exceeded my expectations. They call me back and take care of everything. They are amazing. It looks like they have a lot of activities to do. She loves her apartment and it is a good value for the size. Everything is working in her apartment. Everything is going great.
