Bob, the driver, is a wonderful person. He seems to care.He sticks to his word. He is very reliable and trustworthy. He usually keeps the van very neat and clean. He is a combination senior helper and transportation person. I love the exercise classes. I find that when I get my self down to the exercise classes, it stimulates my mind. For what you get, like the activities and the dining, I think it is fair value.

We chose this community for mom because of the location. Another reason we liked it is you pay rent, rather than put down life savings. It's only been less than a week, but everything is great so far. The management team is very knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful, resourceful, and answered all of our questions. Her apartment was remodeled, so it's terrific. The grounds are beautiful, and the building is well maintained. My mom likes the dining, and my sister has been there and says the food is very good. We feel it's a good value. Mom told me she's doing great. We would definitely recommend it. The staff is excellent, answered all our questions, and made the transition easy.

She likes that there is an on site physician and nurse practitioner there. That gives her a sense of security. She has had to call them a couple times and they come up and take a look at her. That is a real plus to the community. She is pleased with the housekeeping service and the maintenance department has been pretty responsive also.

I love my apartment, the building is beautiful, and the community is clean. Also, the activities department has a number of activities that people really enjoy. It's peaceful and lovely here, and I'm satisfied with everything.

Management is good and we are happy here.The housekeeping has been excellent and if I ask them to do something, they do it right away. Maintenance is very prompt and the building and grounds are very nice.

The management is very good and we have been very happy. They really like the activities and they have been very pleased to have all the concerts of various sorts. That is something that they have enjoyed a lot.

When I am there mom's room seems to be neat and clean and her clothes as well. They seem to genuinely care about my mom and take good care of her.

I live in the Independent area and my husband is in Memory Care. Management in both areas is excellent. I don’t have any problems in my dining room, I've eaten with him a couple times and I'd say the food is good in both. They have a lot of activities. Housekeeping is very good and maintenance is helpful. I feel secure and he feels secure here.

Everything is good, I don't have any complaints. The caregivers are really good and patient with her.

My mom has a great room layout and the rest of the grounds and building are great. The food is good and there are activities consistently offered. When I have need to get a hold of management, I have always been able to. I am more than happy to have her at the community.
