Bellingham

It's a friendly atmosphere, I've been to several of these places and this is by far the best, the people I've talked to are competent and friendly. I think there's a good variety of food and they have a lot of good activities, I participate in most of them... I've seen some good movies and good entertainment, they get quality stuff, singing and dancing. I use the medical staff here and they're very good, it's excellent.

Housekeeping is good, the people that come in are very nice to my father and good to him so that's great, and the doctor that comes in is fantastic.

Everything seems to be fine at this community. When she has an issue it seems to be taken care of. My mother's apartment is very comfortable and maintenance responds quickly. We tried out the food when she first thought about moving here and it was very fancy and very nice.

I think it's a pretty good value for her apartment; it's a really good space for her. Overall, my mother says everything is going fine over there.

When we were searching this place was the best value that we could find. Her apartment was very nice. In regards to the maintenance, a few times she did call on someone and they were there very quickly and rectified what she had. As for transportation, there were no complaints.

Management seems to be very responsive to what's going on in the community and David has worked with me on a lot of different areas, I've been happy with the response time and customer service.

Mom’s has been comfortable there for a year and a half. The management team has been very good with communication. She loves it, the food, and the activities she does, she likes. Laundry and housekeeping is available, it's good, and she doesn’t have any problems. The building is nice, it seems to always be clean and it's kept up nicely. I'd say the value is good.

Mom chose the community because she knew several people that were there and had a lot of family nearby. The food from dining has been good. Her apartment is kept nicely. Everything we have had to use so far worked. She did have a little problem with the phone at first but the maintenance got that all squared away. Everything has been nice and everyone has been friendly. Anything we needed on the move in was provided. It has been a great experience.

We are happy with it and my mother seems to be adjusting well. Everyone is very nice and always willing to help. We dealt with Abby in sales. She was very professional and honest with all the questions we were asking her. It is good knowing my mother is sitting at a table and interacting with other people and getting a nutritional dinner. The lobby and general area all looks clean and well done. I liked that we were offered the special rate they were offering. That was good. I know it will go up every year. I think compared to other facilities in the area, what you receive at the Bellingham and the studio we got a good price. There is nothing we don't like about it. At this point, everything has been positive and it has been a good experience.

We chose this community for my mother-in-law because we had looked at 3 different places and we liked the size of the units and it had a comfortable feel about it. Management has been responsive and helpful. I had dinner there on Saturday night and it was very good. Maintenance is very good, so all in all, it's been a good experience so far.
