Bellingham

My mother is quite happy at this community. It has been a huge relief for her to not have to cook her main meal everyday. Meals are an important social time for her and it is outstanding that the staff does not rush her. The maintenance staff is pleasant and responsive. The building is well maintained. Things have gone really well at this community.

My mom is happy with the food she is getting and the choices. The service is good. She uses the transportation for group activities and that is going well and the activities sem to be getting better. I think for what she is receiving the value is good.

I thin the Management staff are friendly and respectful. Most of the time he is very happy with the meals. They have a lot of activities, although my father isn't one to participate due to his wheelchair. His housekeeper is wonderful with him and very prompt. He is on a friendly basis with all of the maintenance men so he gets very prompt service. His apartment has been just perfect for him and he appears to be enjoying it there.

I think overall management does pretty well. The care staff does a really good job. They try really hard to take good care of my dad. He seems to be happy with things, so I'd say it's good.

My apartment is lovely. From when I was first looking, then moving in, and then after, everyone has been good. All the department heads up have been excellent. I have been very happy with all the meals. Also the dining, sitting with other people. They have a good variety of activities to do, both in-house, and they go on trips out. I have been involved with the choir, they called me to join as soon as they found out I sing. I love that it's near the township walking trail, as I'm a walker. It's a nice place, very homey, and everybody is friendly.

My mom loves her apartment. Everything appears to be running stably throughout the community. My mom takes care of the library and works at the store, and she goes down to bingo. She's pretty happy with the activities, and they have a lot. It's clean and well taken care of. Maintenance fixed her toilet once and I'd say they’re responsive. They've been making a lot of improvements, which has been very nice. I'm very pleased overall.

For the area, they are one of the most reasonable places. I tell everyone that Bellingham is fun and it's like a college dorm for 80 year olds. My parents enjoy the cafe and have been participating in some of the activiites. Maintenance has been right there anytime we've had an issue. All in all, I think it's a pretty good value.

I chpse this community for the location, it's very close by. It seems warm and welcoming, and it fits my husband well. He seems to be adjusting well.The caregivers are wonderful. We had a problem with the refrigerator and the next day Maintenance had it fixed. Housekeeping has also been excellent. It's only been a couple of weeks, bu tit has been good for my husband so far.

I think the price is fair for what is provided at the community. Overall she is happy with dining. I think the activities are good. My mother isn't able to participate in most of it because of her health condition, but there seems to be a nice variety of activities offered. For where she is at, it's a good place.

My father lives at the community and I think that they are doing fine. I have had no complaints regarding the management staff or maintenance. They offer a good selection of activities. The condition of the vehicles appears to be alright. I have no concerns.
