Bellingham

I think the building is well maintained, and I think the maintenance staff is accessible when required. She plays Bingo and I think she enjoys that. She's 103 so that's the only activity she is capable of doing. I think the care she is provided is satisfactory for the most part. My mother likes Bellingham. She always has, and she's lived there for 15 years!

As far as I can tell from when I've been there, the facility is clean and his room seems to be fine. It's more than adequate. It seems to be well-maintained; I know they were doing some work on the outside. I don't see anything in disrepair; everything seems to be kept up. The landscaping looks good. I have no complaints.

Overall, I think the value is fair compared to other places. I think it is a very nice apartment. Everyone seems to be very happy there and I noticed that there is always someone in the lounge area sitting and talking. That seems to be a friendly atmosphere. My brother-in-law loves the wine and cheese that they do every Friday. They do a nice job at the holiday. They had a big event outside and they have a guy that plays the piano that is very nice for everybody. They always have people around which was different from other places and we like that.

We chose this for my grandmother because it's location was close to where we live and it has a good reputation. The apartment was very clean when we came in. So far everybody has been very helpful, nice, and informative so we've had no issues with the move-in process. It's a little less expensive than her previous community and she likes it more. She loves her apartment. I do know that they have plenty of activities for her, she plans on getting involved.

The people in the business office were very good while my mother was living at the community. We really had some wonderful nurses. I always thought the dining offered was very good and they always had Bingo available for the residents. I think it was a good place for my mother overall.

We moved my mom into the Bellingham in December of 2013. Overall the dining staff and chef are friendly and pleasant. I think they have a lot of activities to offer, it is just up to the resident whether they want to participate. The maintenance staff has been good. I think she was pretty happy with it during her stay.

My mother has been at the community for the last five years and I think it has been a good place for her. My mom really likes the kids in the dining room; she never has any complaints on that. They do a really good job with activities. There seems to be a lot for them to do. The maintenance department has been great and is always there for her whenever she needs them. We have had a few issues, but they seem to get resolved.

Management seems to be very helpful. We just received a new Director that we spoke with yesterday and the billing department really helped us straightened everything out. The food is excellent and the variety is adequate. We brought too much furniture and the maintenance team helped us get that back out so that was great. The services are also good and it's been a pleasant surprise overall.

The people were very nice and helpful during the tour. My dad's really happy with the food. I think the maintenance has been good and the building looks nice. My dad uses the transportation services for church and that seems to be going well. We are satisfied.

The size of the apartment is great, all the furniture fits. My parents are very happy with that, and they have their own living room and dining room. They love the food. From what I've seen there are plenty of activities offered. My mom can’t participate until she gets better. My dad has participated. I see people cleaning the building all the time when I'm there. It looks great. From what my brother says, everyone is respectful. I'll know much more in a couple months.
