The management team was very accommodating and helped me out a lot. They get her really involved in activities, and they are really good. Everything is always clean when I get there, and there isn't anything in her laundry. They've been good about taking her to doctors' appointments. The director of nursing has been very good with my mom. There is always someone there to help her when she pulls the cord. The maintenance team has been great.

The value of the community is good, and the accommodations for my mother are satisfactory. They keep the building and grounds beautiful. The housekeeping and laundry services are excellent. They come routinely for her wash, and they watch over her. They have activities there if the people want them and they even go into their rooms to encourage them to participate. I am satisfied with the healthcare staff because they're respectful and put their best foot forward. As soon as they hear the button siren, they come right away. The people who work in the kitchen are wonderful and treat you like family, including the cook and nutritionist. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. Overall, we're very satisfied with everything.

The management is always able to help me out. They are great and get right back to me. They seem to have a lot of varied activities. Whenever I have needed anything, I let maintenance know and they fix it right away. The condition of the building is great and they are always keeping the building clean. The care givers are very good. They are very attentive and give them medicine on time. They are very responsive as well.

He likes it here. If he is happy then I am happy. My son likes the food and likes to be one of the crowd. If they go someplace he will go with them and if there is a party then he will go. The activities are well planned and posted. The housekeeping service is very good. Every week they pick up his laundry and bring it back. The building smells good when you come in and it is clean as a whistle. It is a lovely place. I think his apartment is nice and my son likes it. The caregivers take care of you here. He complained about his knee one time but they took care of it. They got him an x-ray and the doctor came to him. The staff here care and if you have any questions they are glad to help you out. The help is nice to the people.

Management goes out of their way to answer questions or to meet with me. They're terrific. When I stop in the nurse's office, the healthcare staff is always willing to talk with me. The building is beautiful and well kept. When maintenance is called, they come, listen, and address things right away. Housekeeping takes care of her room. They keep it clean and they put all of her laundry away when it comes back. They have plenty of activities. I'll see entertainment going on, and occasionally, we'll sit in for a live singer or tape music. One time, they had pets come in from a pet store. There are movie nights. She likes the food a lot, and she is very pleased with the menu variety. The chef comes out to visit everyone, and if I visit, waitresses offer to setup an additional table. All in all, I know that she is in good hands.

This is the first time I have ever been in a place like this, and I really like it. At night time, when everyone is gone, you can pull the cord and the nurse will help you. The building is clean, and the people who do things are very responsive and helpful. If your freezer isn't working, they take care of it. There are a lot of aides here and the apartment cleaning is satisfactory. They have entertainment that comes in, which is fun, and we're sent an activity calendar once a month. The dining service is very nice, and they're all very helpful. Management is the best. They're very, very friendly. Any time you need anything, they'll help you. Overall, the apartment is fine and I feel very safe. I felt nervous when I lived alone, but here I am very comfortable.

I enjoy the three nurses that I have met. I believe the aides that have worked with my mom are patient. They have been more than generous with their time. I like the maintenance man. All you have to do is give him a call, and he's right there. The building appears clean, and it appears to be well maintained. I ask that they do her bedding and her towels, and they come back, they're clean, and they're done in a timely manner. Her large room always looks like it's taken care of. My mother says that they take her out of her room in the morning, and she never has to go back if she doesn't want to. There's so many things to do. Not only does she get therapy three times a week, but there's always something going on. My mom is not complaining about the food. From what I've seen, the service is very good. They are friendly and clean. The management seems to be hands on. When I walk in, I can pretty much see anyoone that I want ot see. They're competent and personable. I'm very happy with her being there. I appreciate her feeling comfortable. I can't think of anything negative to say. She pays a good price for good care.

All in all, she's so thankful for everything they do for her there. She says everyone is very courteous and wonderful to her. Housekeeping is perfect, she's amazed at how her laundry is done. They tidy up her room for her. It's beautiful. I''ve never looked in there and thought it was anything but beautiful. Maintenance is wonderful. When there was a severe storm, they called me and let me know they were on a generator. I was impressed. It's been a blessing. It's clean, it's well managed, and she's happy. What more could people ask for?

I think the care staff has been very responsive to my mom. Ralph, the maintenance man, is wonderful. The housekeeping services are very consistent. They haven't ruined a single outfit, and my mom's apartment is always clean. The dining service and the menu variety is good.

Management is all absolutely phenomal, responsive, professional, responsible and caring. I feel like they have a good and varied menu and the food is nutritious. I know they have a monthly calendar and they have activities offered every hour of the day. They are very organized and creative. The community is beautiful and its upkeep is impeccable. The caregivers are all incredible, very caring, good at their jobs and compassionate. I feel like I have gotten phenomenal services so the price is worth it. I am always praising this community and I always tell people that this is the best community in this county. It is a blessing to have this community here.
