Bentley Assisted Living at Branchville

They have set up a system that allows the staff to communicate very well with the families. The caregivers communicate well with me and off site physicians. It seems like the meals here are well balanced, they have just have just the right amount of choices for my mother and her tablemates and the staff are very flexible. The activities are diverse and the residents are encouraged to participate. This is a wonderful place and we are happy that we made the choice to come here.

It is an excellent community. Management is excellent and always has feedback for everything I have asked. They are right there if I need anything, they always have good personalities and are easy to talk to. Their food is very good, they have an excellent variety, the portions are good for the residents and the servers are good. They always have activities going on that are appropriate for the residents. The rooms and hallways are kept clean and nice, my father's laundry is done and put away regularly and there is no smell in this community whatsoever. The building is immaculate. The caregivers are right on the ball with my dad. Everything is beautiful here and I wouldn't want to move him anywhere else. It is that excellent. I have nothing but praises for this community.

Management is accommodating and very easy to work with. The healthcare staff is very caring. The food in the dining area is excellent. The Activities Director Amy is fantastic, her energy, all the different things she does with the seniors are all very good, they're phenomenal. They start at nine in the morning and don't stop until seven or eight o'clock at night, they're always keeping them busy.

Maintenance has been very helpful to my mom. The care is very good, we're very happy with the care givers. Housekeeping has always been good, we’re very satisfied with the cleanliness of her apartment. Maintenance has been very good and very helpful. Mom is safe there and comfortable in her apartment. Compared to other places it's a good value.

The value is pretty good and the price is not overcharged, so it's very reasonable. You have complete privacy and don't hear much of anything and you get excellent help if you need anything, care or maintenance, so the staff is right on top of things. If your family can't take you to an appointment, the transportation will take you at the drop of a hat and the dining is excellent, so everything is really good here. I suggest people to come here often.

Management is excellent. They've always been communicative and I've never had any problems getting in touch with anyone I need to speak with there. The healthcare staff are excellent. If my mom needs help, they will be there for her. They're very friendly, they treat people like family which is a wonderful things. They're all very compassionate people, everyone has been very good. Bentley has been so wonderful, I love it there. It's a lovely setting and the location is beautiful.

They communicate a lot with all three of us daughters and they make us all feel like we are involved. The care has been wonderful and very attentive. From looking at the monthly calender of activities, there looks like a nice amount.

The staff just made moving in really simple for us, they had someone come out to where my father was and basically did everything for us. The receptionists are really good and welcoming, I like the fact the staff gets to know everyone's names and I think they do a good job at that. He is delighted with their food, the chef even comes out of the kitchen to talk to the guests and he even knows their names. The housekeeping staff goes out of their way to talk to my dad and be super nice. I really think it's a great place, they've been providing all the services my dad needs.

Management is always very efficient and kind. I have not eaten there but I have not heard any complaints from my Aunt who does eat there. The activities are very good, the housekeeping seems to be very good and the transportation service is also good. Maintenance is always helpful and on anything that we've ever needed.

I love the management and healthcare staffs, I think they're great, they're just friendly and attentive, they know who we all are, they're just very personable and welcoming, everybody is so nice there.
