I think the management is very good. I like the physician that comes to see us and the nursing staff are very helpful. I have participated in the therapy program and I think they do a good job.

My mother wants to go to every doctor imaginable now because her willingness and urge to stay healthy and live longer has improved since moving to the community. Her whole mindset has changed. It is very comforting knowing where my mom is at and that is worth the money.

The healthcare people are caring, doing their job, and accessible all the time. I am satisfied with the apartment and building maintenance. They have a routine for laundry services, and they pick it up once a week. My loved one likes their activities. She does the crafts every time they're offered, as well as the art classes, and she also loves the bingo. We have ate there a few times for their functions, and the food is good. The director is very nice, and it's obvious that she had been in this role before because she knows how things work. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable, and everything about the place is great, so she loves being there. They are terrific.

The staff is great. Gianna is doing what she is supposed to be doing. She is fantastic. There is always someone there. There is enough staff. The physical therapist is great. It is what we needed. The maintenance team is great. Not long after they moved in, there was a leak, and maintenance came up and took care of the leak right away. The room looks clean always. The salad bar is great. They have a menu they can pick from, and they like that. If my parents want anything special, the dining staff will be happy to get it. The value is good. It is homey and doesn't feel like a facility. I would recommend it.

The management and the staff here are very nice, courteous, and helpful. The food quality is very good. Housekeeping does a good job. The building and accommodations are nice and clean. The caregivers are always very helpful. All you have to do is ask, and they will help you. They will try to find anything that you need.

My mother is safe at the community. She is comfortable, and given the price she pays for it, it checks all the boxes. They have good meals and both the apartment size and the amount of light in the room are good. The healthcare staff seem to come when they're supposed to show up, and they're respectful. The housekeeping service does a nice job, nothing is shrunk or bleached, and her bed is being taken care of. I know she enjoys the activities she does attend, and they're consistently offered. All in all, I have told friends they should take a look, telling them about our mother, how it has made a difference in her life, and that she likes it.

The food is excellent, I like the menu choices and the dining staff is very patient and understanding with everyone. The activities are phenomenal, her apartment is immaculate and the laundry is very clean. Maintenance has been phenomenal and they have been really helpful with everything. The care here is good.

They had a decent menu variety here. They had a lot of activities. Housekeeping was fairly efficient, and the building was in very good condition. The staff was always good to my mother, and the care was very good. I think it is an exceptional value. I think it is one of the better values in the area.

It's fantastic. I can't say enough. You can't ask for any better service than I had there. The staff and the housekeeping services were all fantastic. The kitchen staff was so good, and they were always smiling.

They are really keeping me busy. There are a lot of activities to choose from and they are terrific. There are sometimes two things at the same time that I'd like to go to. Every time they have a bus going to lunch or shopping, I go. The care staff gives you good service when they come.
