What's most impressive is the square footage of the apartment for the price. There seems to be plenty of activities, and I do see a lot of participation. The maintenance staff have a quick response time. They are attentive to your requests, and everything is in working order and functional. The care staff is very responsive when it comes to medicine concerns and communicating that to the doctor. They are also very respectful. The dining services are very flexibility. They will accommodate you.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm well off. I have no problems with maintenance. The condition of the building is very nice and well kept. The housekeeping is pretty good. They do all my clothes, and they put them away. They clean my apartment once a week. They vacuum and scrub the floors. The dining service is very good. The management team provides a means to register your complaints. They're very cooperative. I think that they hold a tight reign over the employees. Everything runs rather smoothly, and there's nothing that I'm complaining about. I imagine everything that can be done is being done.

It is meticulous inside and out. The people that wait on us are excellent. Management is very personable. They are genuinely nice. We are fortunate to be here.

I recently owned a business that trained nurse aides locally. In fact when it was time to move my mother into a facility, I asked the staff where they recommended and Bentley Commons was high on the list. The staff was great and gave me advice that I found valuable. In maintenance, they were very helpful, my mother loved them. They would seem to go out of their way to help with things. The place was generally kept clean. In activities, I saw a lot and I appreciated that it was available. In dining, that was just excellent food. Even on her bad days, my mother genuinely liked the food. The servers were really really great. They were great with the residents. They knew everybody's name and their preferences, and were quick to serve them.

Everyday, I see different activities that look like fun things to do. They are always planned out in advance, and it is always decorated. It is a really pretty building. They just replaced the carpets in the hall, and it is always clean looking. It is always decorated seasonally.

The nursing staff care for the people that live there. I have never had a problem accessing nursing. Whenever I have called, my calls have been returned. Every time I have called, Todd, the maintenance man, responds. The maintenance has been quick to give me guidance about questions that I have had. The recovering of the furniture in the atrium was very nice. There is certainly ample seating in the atrium for people to sit and visit. Also, the rooms were redone, and they look very nice. The housekeeping staff is very courteous, and they are very congenial with my mother. The dining service is very much on time. There's very little waiting time, and usually there's a good rapport between the residents and the staff that I have observed. The ladies at the front desk are quite an essential element. They are always very courteous. I think they are aware of changes in the residents that live there. For that, I'm thankful. My mother chose Bentley Commons. She was able to help us find a home, so overall, I think she is as happy there as she can be.

On the whole, I am very comfortable, and they do a very good job here. I am very happy with the services and everything they do. It is a very nice place. I do like their programs and the music especially, I really like that. They have a lot of nice activities, and a lot of the people enjoy them. I do what I can do. The maintenance staff is exceptional. I think the transportation and care departments are really good.

My parents have only been here for a little over a week, but I am very pleased with everything here. I can't say enough nice things about it. The price is reasonable and is considerably less than what we were paying to have round the clock care at their home. I think the price is well worth it because it is such a nice place. Management is always available. I have never had to get a call back because they have always been available when I called them. They keep me posted on what I need to do, and they were helpful during the transition. The food here is delicious, and my parents enjoy it. Housekeeping has been wonderful. The building is excellent. The staff are very personable. From day one, the staff have known their names, and they know me and my name when I come visit. It is like they are family here. Everyone here is very friendly.

I have seen a lot of communities, and I think this is one of the nicest places I've seen. The care staff has done a good job with coordinating the appointments wih her personal physician. The maintenace was really good. He took and interest in what he was doing. He was really efficient. I liked him. I thought he did a great job. I know my mother went over and was very impressed with a particular meal. My aunt says teh food is good. The staff in the dining room is wonderful. They are so sweet to the residents. They look like they try to give them personal service and attention. I was really impressed with the management team. They were very attuned to looking out for people who were visiting. I think my aunt is very safe.

I think it is a great value. It is very much within the ballpark of how much it is going to cost to have that kind of care 24 hours a day. I think it is very reasonable. The place always looks nice when we come there. Everything seems to be working well all the time. The maintenance guy comes and fixes things. He has always be attentive to my mother. Relative to what her needs are, I think her care is pretty good.
