Bentley Commons at Lynchburg

We looked at several places and we thought it was better maintained than other places and we appreciated the fact that Independent and Assisted are intermingled. I think her room is beautiful and lends itself to being decorated and made homey. Everyone we contacted has been so friendly and accommodating. They've made her feel welcome, helped her settle in, and our questions are immediately addressed.

We like the management and they are very knowledgeable. The caregiver all seem to be very helpful and they come and check on her while we are there. We are happy about that. We enjoy coming over here to eat. Last Friday night we came over to have dinner with my mom and they had a concert that we brought my mom to. We all really enjoyed that. Everything seems to be in place and in order when we have come over and the common areas are beautiful. We thought the price was more than fair. We were very pleased with it.

We chose this community because of the convenience of the apartment and the overall building. The building looks good, they have good food, and the management is good too.

His apartment is a decent size and has a good layout. The main area, dining area, and outside are all very nice. Everyone I have spoken with has been helpful when I've been there. We have had a couple issues come up and each time I speak with the nurses they are willing to help me come up with a new plan or way to do things.

She's getting wonderful care, the people are great. Management has been very good with suggesting physical therapy and lining it up, they've really just gone above and beyond. The dining is excellent, she loves it, she says the food is just wonderful. Housekeeping and healthcare services have been excellent, I've been very impressed.

The food has been great, there are plenty of activities, they do a great job with the cleaning and if I called maintenance needing something to be done, I have zero doubts that it wouldn't get done that day. The caregivers are great and treat my parents like family. I think the price is fair and reasonable. For what they get, it is very nice.

It's a good price for what you get and so far, things are working out very well. I am pleased with the service, unit and everything looks good. The common areas are very clean and I never see anything laying around inappropiately. The transportation has been smooth and the driver is friendly, so we're not only impressed with the community, but with the personnel as well.

We have been very pleased with the community. They were timely with maintenance issues and offer plenty of activities.

We've had good experiences at this community. I a'm very satisfied with management, they've been very receptive to my mother and her needs.

My mother and step-father have lived there for a year and generally it's pretty good. The care givers are very nice and caring, they are always calm, cool, and collected. My parents are safe, they seem to be pretty well monitored. It's reasonably priced compare to the competition.
