You guys have been a blessing. It really comes down to how you feel compared to how your resident is feeling. I can't say enough about how she can't stop talking about your place. The management staff have been very good. They were very informative and right to the point. To me, it was an easy decision to move in. She enjoys the activities. Her laundry and room is always clean. The building looks very professional.

Everything has been fine. It gives me peace of mind that she's being taken care of in a proper manner. As far as the nursing staff goes, they're right on it right away. I have to commend them on their performance. My mother also feels very comfortable living here. When my mother came here, I checked a couple other places in the area, and I liked this place the best. If something is wrong, the care staff is here. They're respectful when working with her. With the little maintenance work she has to have done, it's very good. Whatever she had done, they came right away. She has one housekeeper that does does her stuff every Thursday. They're good. She really likes the activities. The dining service is excellent.

Paragon is doing an exceptional job. They go above and beyond their responsibility, and we are very pleased and satisfied. The care staff is very helpful. The maintenance team is doing a great job. Every issue has been taken care of when it's been requested to be taken care of. The building is in very good condition. The housekeeping is good. They always attend to whatever has to be done and whatever is needed. The activities are very good. They always try to keep everybody engaged. The management team has supported us throughout the whole process. Every time that I reach out to them, they are always willing to have the proper answer. I very rarely have to leave a message and wait for their response.

For what they provide in quality and atmosphere of the facility, I feel we have gotten a great deal. They will go out of their way to work with you. They will work to get the issues resolved. When there is a problem, they call me immediately. I feel the care staff provide an excellent service. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable.

I think the value is excellent. The services and accommodations are very good. The value is very good. They are responsive when I need something. Dining is very good. I think there is a good variety of activities for most people. You have a good staff that takes care of those. Transportation will bend over backwards if we have special appointments. The housekeeping is very good. This place is kept very clean.

I think the overall value is terrific. I feel safe and comfortable living here. Every experience I have had has been good. I play Bingo. Dining has a very good menu variety, and the service is excellent. Houskeeping is very good. The cleanings are on a regular basis. Transportation is excellent. It is flexible enough to accommodate me, and the vehicles are in good condition. I would recommend it.

The management at the community is great. My mother is satisfied with the dining. There is a decent variety on the menu, and the service is really good. The healthcare staff does a great job, and I think they're very responsive. Everything seems to be taken care of in the room, and they do a good job with the laundry. There is nice variety of activities offered. Overall, the experience has been very good, and she feels safe. I am comfortable with her living there, and I think they take good care of her.

I'm very happy here. The maintenance team was up in five minutes after I complained that my radiator was not working. They even cleaned the snow off my care for me. The housekeeper is sweet and very good about cleaning for me. I'm having a ball with activities. I play cards, bingo, and go on all of the trips. I enjoy all of it. I love the food, and I think everything is delicious. James, the chef, tries very hard to please all the residents. Lori is wonderful in management. I couldn't be better off. My son and I chose this place, and I couldn't be happier. I've been here a little over a year, and I love it.
