Bentley Commons at Paragon Village

When you compare it to other places, Paragon Village is worth the value. Margaret is excellent. She knows her stuff. She is compassionate and I am so glad she is there. I think the food is really good and my aunt seems happy with it. The staff is so sweetand that is so important with the elderly. They make contact with them and treat them like people.

We play bingo, cards and there is a room to play shuffle board. There are plenty of activities to do. Housekeeping is terrific, they keep the place very clean. Maintenance will do whatever you need and they have chairs outside so we can enjoy the sunshine. We have a bus and a van that we all use to go to the doctor, bank or whever. Dave and Bob are terrific drivers. I have brought 4 residents there. I always advertise this place to whomever I meet. I'm very happy here and I've never missed a meal.

I am very satisfied with everything and she seems to be adjusting well.

When I went to Bentley, it was more like a small group and it's more like family. Management helps us so much with everything they could, they have been amazing. The food looks very good and they have a nice variety of activities. All of the staff is interacting with everybody, they have very nice teamwork, my mother is being taken care of. The building smells good, which is amazing, it looks very clean, any bathroom that I go in is clean, it's very presentable, it looks really good.

I think the activities are good. I think there is quite a variety for about anybody. The maintenance staff are prompt, friendly, courteous and are usually able to help you with what you need.

Housekeeping is excellent. They are good. I appreciate that very much. It is all done well. There are some great gals that take care of activities and one gal who is in charge of the serving staff and dining room, she is marvelous. They are all very helpful. They will always join in and give you a hand when you need a little extra. There are some really good people here.

I fell in love with Paragon Village. The management is very friendly and they will listen when you talk to them. They take their time and they respond. They keep us busy with bingo and entertainment. I enjoy it here and I like having the entertainment. I think the food is very good. The building is beautifully maintained. You can eat off the floors here. It is very, very clean. Overall, I like the place and I like the atmosphere here.

My mom lives at Paragon Village, I am happy with her being there and I am comfortable with her there. They take real good care of her and they call me when there are issues. The transportations service has been good.Everything is good with apartment cleaning and laundry. Management is pretty responsive to everything and they take care of my mom pretty good, so it's been an excellent experience.

Housekeeping is pretty good and maintenance has been pretty responsive the times I've been there. They come in regularly and empty garbage and make beds and things like that.

I think the management is very efficient, they do their job and don't get in the way. The dining is good and I find the food to be very good. The activities are fine. They keep us busy and give us things to do. The housekeeping and maintenance are good. The caregivers are very good and make sure we get what we need.
