I feel that management is very professional and compassionate. Overall, I think they do a great job. The nurition is certainly adequate as far as dining goes. It seems like a well-rounded diet with reasonable variety. The activities are great too. I think they offer great variety and they have certainly done their sincerest best to pull her into things that she might enjoy. Everything always seems very clean and tidy. The drivers and the vans are great, and we've always had good communications with the care staff.

The management communicates everything and lets me know what needs to be done. Even if I don't have a question they let me know what I need to know. I have asked different things and they have responded. The food is wonderful. They take your order and give you what you want and serve you like you are in a restaurant. Everything throughout the building seems to be in good repair. Overall, I think they do a wonderful job and I am so glad we found a place to take care of my husband so well.

The activity director is very enthusiastic and my mother participates. The activity director seems to include everyone. In regards to maintenance, it seems like there is prompt attention to maintenance issues in the building. The few times that she needed to use the transportation it seemed to go smoothly. The vehicles seem to be in good condition. The regular nurses and care givers that my mom has are pretty good. The nurses are good at calling if something comes up

The caregivers are very responsive and are if there is anything that my mom needs they are right there to take care of it. Housekeeping does a very good job. My mom gets her clothes washed on Tuesdays or Thursdays and they wash them every week. They fold them and put them away or hang them up. She always has clean clothes. Her apartment is simple but it is plenty of room for her and she has plenty of room for her needs. The building is very nice and clean. She has been here for three weeks and is just now getting acclimated. She is doing just fine.

I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations my dad receives. The building maintenance is really good, clean and tidy. I haven't heard any complaints from dad about the housekeeping or laundry. I can't believe that they're actually getting him to do activities. He says the meals are above average and the menu variety is satisfactory. There are people at the community who call me if there are concerns. Management presented the information to me very well and whenever I ask them questions, they're very good at answering what I am asking. They seem really straight forward and things are put together well. I am very happy with the community and pleased.

My uncle's apartment has enough space for what he needs, and it's not big to where he'd get tripped up with things. The healthcare staff do a nice job of keeping me informed if something changes with him, they're responsive to questions, and they're familiar with his situation. Transportation services are going well, and he hasn't mentioned being late. The laundry service is fine, and everything is in good working order with the room. The community always looks clean, nice, and well maintained. He participates in a bible study group as well as Sunday worship service, and he is very appreciative of both. The dining has delicious food served in a nice atmosphere with a visually pleasing manner. Management calls me if something happens. Overall, he is content, and he thinks it was a good decision.

The value of the community is very good. The response time to the call light is fairly quick, and the whole staff has always been respectful. The building is beautiful, and there is nothing wrong with it. Housekeeping and laundry services come around in a routine manner. They seem to have a lot of activities for residents to do. She doesn't complain about the food, and the dining staff have been wonderful with helping to cut it up. Management is very receptive, respectful, knowledgeable, and concerned with anything we might need. When we've had questions, they were responsive to our needs. All in all, she says it's not home, but she does say that it's the next best thing.

Management has just been excellent to work with, and they are very communicative with my sister, myself, and my mom. She likes the food and says the dining service is very good. There are a lot of activities available. Housekeeping is really good. Maintenance has been wonderful to her, and the building is very good. The caregivers have been fantastic. They will put her mind to ease, which is fantastic. If there is an actual problem, they will refer her the doctor. This is a great place, and we are very happy with what we are receiving here.

I love their apartment. The countertops are nice and the kitchen is functional I was impressed they had hook up for TVs in the bedroom and living room. We liked the little deck. They have it all decorated cute and they feel very good about it. Mom and dad are taking breakfast and dinner there, and what I hear from them is it is all good. I have been impressed that the staff knows everybody's name and something about them. They will tease them, and it impresses me how these young people can get to know them and remember facts about them. They loved the Harvest Party. The wine on Thursday nights is a big one that they love. They went to a volleyball game the other day, and Bishop Place took them and provided the tickets. They talk about the Saturday night movies. They are looking forward to the book club and going to the casino. The staff is all friendly and warm.

The healthcare staff is knowledgeable. My mother uses transportation all the time, the vehicle works and they also do her shopping for her with a smile. When you walk into the building, it doesn't feel like you're walking into an old person's place. It feels like an old time hotel, which is nice, and it doesn't smell. The activities are good and look very well planned. Every person on the management team, doesn't matter the topic, question or issue with anything, will stop what they're doing and talk to you about it. All of them are awesome. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable, so we recommend it to others all the time. One day when my husband would love to live there.
