My mom loves the food. She thinks it's great. She does get taken to activities like singers, bingo, and walks, and mom really enjoys the hairdresser there. Housekeeping is always neat and clean, and maintenance is good. The care staff calls me if anything is wrong, or if they need something.

Everything has been running pretty smoothly at the community for my mother. She gets good service, they watch out for her, and I always get calls if anything comes up. The healthcare staff is always there, and they're very attentive. Transportation gets her to places on-time, and the vehicle is in good condition. Every time I have been in her room, it's clean, the bed is made, and she seems to be wearing clean clothes all the time. There are a lot of activities, and she seems really happy with their Circle of Caring. She feels comfortable, and I am satisfied with the accommodations provided. All in all, it's the best community in town.

Mom really likes her room, she hung up her pictures and got cozy. I really like their food. There is a guy there that has some great barbeque and makes some really good pancakes. They are always crafting or having someone come in that sings to them in activities. I haven't seen any problems with transportation. They keep the vehicles upgraded with seatbelts and things for wheelchairs. The care staff are really nice to mom and like mom a lot.

The healthcare seems good. They put up with a lot. I really think they're great. Judy, the driver, is great. The maintenance seems pretty good. The activities are really good, and the dining servers are very good. I think there are extremely caring people there, and I couldn't do what they do. We recommend it all the time.

We feel really lucky to have had our parents here so close, in a community that is so caring. In the whole 12 years we have been associated with this community we have never heard an unkind word spoken. The staff there are so exceedingly kind and patient. We have never heard any staff member speak harshly in any way shape or form to a resident. And I really think that says a lot. It is so reassuring to know that you have your loved one in a care facility where they are getting good care.

Management is excellent and the healthcare staff is very good. When I'm there, they're very attentive. If I call and ask a question, they know exactly what has been going on that day. The dining is wonderful. It's like restaurant food, you have choices and you order what you want. It's very good food. The Activities Director has things going all the time. She sends me pictures of things she has them doing. They keep everything very clean and the outside landscaping is perfect. They make sure he gets to his appointments and take him on activities.

I like the way Bishop Place cares for my sister. I hear all the activities are very good. Everyone talks about them and she really gets into them. Everyone is super friendly.

The management is doing a good job. I have had meetings with them; they communicate when things are going well and have been easy to work with. The caregivers take care of my mom's medications and they check on her and make sure she is ok.

I was very satisfied with everything. The dining area people were unbelievably friendly, caring, attentive, and amazing. The activities are excellent. Housekeeping was excellent, well managed, and organized. The place was always clean, laundry was always done well, and the staff were accommodating. The community is beautiful, absolutely gorgeous. Very well maintained inside, outside, the grounds too, and it was nicely decorated. I have recommended it many times, I would definitely recommend it again.

I have a nice apartment that is kept clean. Housekeeping does what they are supposed to do. I like the management. She talks to me and you can go visit her whenever you like. The breakfast and noon meals are good and I like the service in the dining room. My server, Linda, has been here for almost 20 years and she is an excellent server.
