The Blake at The Grove

The management here all pulls together to do what it necessary. Over the weekend our kids came to visit and they sat on the lawn and we sat on our patio. I saw the manager repeatedly take trash out and empty it. They just do it all. The food is good. They give us hot and healthy meals and we can order other things if we want. They are doing the best they can to accommodate us. The staff are doing everything they can to take care of us. Yesterday they brought balloons to everyone to cheer us up and they have signs of encouragement to cheer us up. We have the best apartment in the building in my opinion and we have a good view outside. The maintenance staff are maintaining the building very well and the staff are doing everything they can right now to keep us safe and well fed. This community has been absolutely wonderful and we are right where we need to be.

I am satisfied with the accommodations my wife and I receive at the community. The maintenance staff handle issues quickly and the grounds generally have no problems. The housekeeping service is fine and they make the beds properly. We're satisfied with the activities offered and we participate in them. The general manager is attentive and we see him all the time. All in all, the community is what I thought it would be.

She enjoys the bingo and they do a good job of finding different things for different seasons. The management is respectful and the dining service is polite. Any time we've had anything maintenance related, it gets done, and the housekeeping services show up on a regular schedule. There are plenty of activities to keep residents busy and there is a variety offered. There are no problems with the menu variety during the dining experience. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. All in all, we feel safe comfortable and I think the value is good.

Jill the sales manager has sent me messages and has gone over her call of duty. The contact of keeping me informed and answering my phone calls has been great. When I dined there, the portions were nice and the salad was nice. They had a wonderful brownie dessert. I would say the quality of food is very good. The care givers are very attentive. I realized that they do it all. They bring out the food and they set the tables. Her apartment upon move in was impeccable. The care givers report back, and when I walk in there, I get a big hug from Cassandra. From the feedback from Judith and Jill, I would say they are accessible and responsive. Both of them are very hands on. With the caregivers and the staff and the facility, I was sold the minute I walked in.

I am very happy with the value I receive at the community. The price is satisfactory and I am extremely satisfied with my accommodations. The overall maintenance seems to be kept well and I feel safe. I have a pleasant housekeeper that does what is needed and keeps a regular schedule. I find the food quality very pleasant and I have choices on the menu, which is rare and wonderful. There is no extra charge for them and I think that is amazing. The management is outstanding and I appreciate their efforts. Overall, I think it's been terrific. I had looked at everything, but the minute I hit here, I knew it was the place and I have not had any reason to change my mind. I am very happy here.
