The management is doing a great job and they have kept the COVID out of the facility. Kudos to them for keeping the virus out of there thus far. That is pretty important and it shows how good of a facility it is. The food is like grandma's cooking and the service in the dining room is excellent. The maintenance staff are always cleaning and fixing and they are right on it. In regards to the healthcare, the staff has so much patience and I have been very impressed by their response time.

When everything with the virus started, they were very good and started out early with keeping them sequestered. We appreciate that. The staff all seem very caring and if she needs them, they will be right there. The activities are very good and they try to match the activities to the individual. I've recommended this community to others before and will continue to do so.

He is so much better off here than he was in his home. He was a prisoner in his own home and here he can out and walk. It is great. He is a social guy and is around people. I think the facility is really well run. They keep in contact with us on a regular basis. Overall the longevity of the staff speaks well of the management.

I am perfectly happy with the way they are taking care of Dorothy and I really appreciate it. I have eaten there a couple times myself on holidays and enjoyed the food. The housekeeping does a good job and maintenance was right there whenever I needed something. They are good about bathing and dressing her. I realize that she is probably a little more difficult than most patients. I appreciate them doing it and not complaining about it.

I am very happy with Blossom Valley. It is the best facility in the valley and it is reasonably priced. The management is very efficient in what they do and they keep us informed. They are very caring people. In regards to the dining, the food appears to be very nicely presented and very good. The servers are very nice in the dining area and they make sure they get what they want. They have a good variety of activities. They work very hard at making sure people know what is going on and are included. The housekeepiers get the job done and from what I can see my mom's clothes are clean and they are gone on the day that they are supposed to be washed. Whenever I mention something to maintenance it seems to be addressed right away. We are very satisfied.

I have recommended them to several people. Comparatively speaking, the value is good. She is very happy in her studio apartment. My mom loves the staff there. They are very loving and kind to her. She said that she is well taken care of. They feed her, they clean her apartment, they are very kind and loving. She said 'Why would I want to live somewhere else?' Management does a really awesome job. Housekeeping is great. When I am in there, it looks like they are having a lot of fun at activities.

I've had a very good relationship with management. The food is very good. They don't always offer what I would want, but it is always good. The service is great. They came in and got my laundry today because Thursday is my day. They are always here on time. The staff is respectful. They fix things as quickly as they can.

I believe there is great value to what my grandmother is receiving there because we could not do it without you guys. The care staff does a really good job dispensing medication and the maintenance department always makes sure things get done and things that are broken get fixed. The community is always changing their dining menu up and the service is great. This is one of the best communities in our valley.

Management is fine and responsive. If I have concerns or questions, they are always good about addressing them either face to face or by email. I know them all, and they are nice people. The activities, housekeeping, and transportation has been fine. Her apartment is fine for her needs. The care has also been fine, and the caregivers are friendly and attentive if you have a need. On the whole, they do a good job. This has been a positive experience. Otherwise, she wouldn't have been here for the last two and a half years.

Management is good and responsive. I see them around the building. The dining experience is good. Diana, the activities director does a good job. The activities are good, and I like them. There are always activities to do. The housekeeping is satisfactory. They have a good staff here, and the care is good. They are always around. The maintenance is really good, and we have no issues.
