Management is great. They are kind and explain everything. It is a very good team. The dining servers are doing great. The building is good, and her room is just perfect for her. Her bathroom is always spotless and her room never smells. I have been very happy with her clothes and sheets because they are in excellent shape. The caregivers are doing really well with the care.

Compared to any other communities that she has lived at, this is the best community. My mom is as comfortable as she can be here, and her apartment is just fine. The managmeent is working really well. My questions and concerns are always addressed. They are very good. She likes the food, and the dining servers are good. Maintenance is doing well. The staff seem to care about providing an enjoyable place for the residents and their families.

There isn't much turnover in the staff here, and management really knows the residents and family members who come to visit. I think the food and care is really good. My mom knows she can go down to the med aides and that there are people there that can help her if she needs it. We absolutely feel like she is safe and comfortable. Housekeeping empties the garbage twice a day to help combat odors. The grounds and building are clean and beautiful. I think the price is fair. We are grateful that she is here and getting the care she needs.

Trisha runs a tight ship, they have a great crew. I see their turnover is very low. We had our mother up there five years ago for about a year and when my dad moved in last winter, I saw all the same faces. That tells me they're treating their people well, giving them value. He just goes on and on about the food and the staff is very accommodating. The facility is in excellent shape, maintenance does a super job. It's more than just a job to the employees there, they really love what they do. They're absolutely spot on, they are on top of everything. They are really doing it right.

All the managers have been most cooperative and above all positive, and very responsive. My wife says the food is very good. She likes the servers, she says everyone is so nice in the dining room. Housekeeping is done on schedule, on time, and they have been very cooperative cleaning up messes. The care is excellent, I find she is getting the care she needs and deserves there. I’ve been impressed with the community, the overall value is great.

The healthcare staff is always helpful whenever you need something and maintenance wise, everything in the building is good. I enjoy going to Bingo, the apartment cleaning is satisfactory and my apartment is very comfortable, it's a fair price for what I get. We also have a new bus for transportation, so management is always on top of eveyrthing and if you ask them for anything, they'll help you.

Management is good with me and the nurses are awesome. They have a lot of activities to do there.

We have been very pleased with everything. They really try to make the people who live there feel like it is their home .Anything we have had questions about they are available to answer or pitch in to help. There is a good selection and variety in the dining room. The care staff is efficient and I think they are doing well. The activities director a good job of making sure mom is occupied and happy.

They are doing an outstanding job all around. The management knows exactly what they are doing, the food looks very good and is healthy for the residents. The servers are very respectful, everybody seems to be very happy with the activities and housekeeping does an outstanding job with the cleaning and laundry.

The community is one of the highest rated because we had a person that helped us find this place. The apartment accommodations are good and management have all been supportive, happy and great with submitting paperwork.
