They are always helpful and courteous, and they show concern. I think they try very hard to keep on top of things. The staff is very friendly and extremely patient with the residents. In terms of maintenance, when I go and ask for something to be done, it is done within two days.

I think my husband and I are getting a good value at the community. Our bus driver is amazing and just the best fit for the job. The maintenance staff is very responsive, I usually hear back the same day if I submit a request and they come twice a year to replace the air filters. I love our housekeeper because they're reliable, dependable and they do a good job. There are so much activities to choose from with the large variety offered. Everyone in marketing remembers your name, asks how you're doing and are very interactive. The atmosphere during the dining experience is lovely. All in all, we feel safe and comfortable living here.

I think Breakers is a great value. The management is doing a great job, and they are doing a good job of keeping up with the staffing. There are so many activities, and there is so much to do. There are trips, and there is a bus that goes around the neighborhood to the different stores. It is pretty easy to live without a car. The maintenance staff is pretty responsive, and the transportation is great.

It is definitely well worth what they charge. I am pleased with the food in general. It is excellent. There is tons to do, and you choose what you want to participate in. My housekeeper is beyond fabulous. She comes on Friday afternoon. The maintenance will come when there is any kind of problem. They keep up with things.

I'm happy with the dining services. The food almost tastes like homemade cooking. The service is excellent, and I like my view. The maintenance team hung up my pictures and television, and they did an excellent job. They're a good team. The housekeepers are excellent. They make my bed, vacuum the floor, and clean everything. I'm very happy with it. Dave and Mac take great care of me. I feel secure with them.

I really like it here. The management here is terrific. They are accessible and responsive. I feel there is enough variety on the menu. I am satisfied with the meals that I get here. Housekeeping is regularly scheduled, and they are always here. The girls are pretty good, and they do a good job for me. This is a very well run building. The building is always clean, and everything is always working. The activities are pretty extraordinary. There are enough activities. THey keep everyody pretty busy.

I chose the community because I did not want to live alone alone, as in my own apartment and I just thought it'd be great. Since moving in, it was the best move I could have made after being married for a long time. The building is very nice and the dining room is lovely. It's old fashioned and reminds me of some place that was once magnificent. The housekeeping is 100%, oh my goodness. I hate to clean and when my housekeeper just comes in, it's so cool. I haven't been to crafts or bingo, but the workshop and improv are good for me, they were so much fun. The food is delicious and way too good. We have quality, choices and all I have to do is go down before it's right in front of me. The management is the best because they're just there and helpful to everyone. Overall, it's a good place and I am so happy I came here. I've made some really good friends already.

With all the ammenitities she is getting, the price that my mom is paying for a lake view apartment is very good, especially compared to the competition. The management's follow up is on point, and to me, their organization seems top notch. The food is very good. They do a spectacular job with the activities, and I can't imagine them having more options for activities. The staff works dilligently to make the activities happen. They have everything here, and they do a great job. They have some great people here. I am happy that my mom is here.

It is a pretty good value. He is happy with the accommodations. In dining, he keeps talking about how he is going to be fat eating so much, in a good way. Houskeeping and laundry are great. 100% would recommend it.

Management is responsive, friendly and helpful. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. The housekeeping is fine. I think you get a good selection of food, a lot of ammenities and other things for the price. We are just really pleased.I am just so pleased with Estelle, Scott, Henry, and Lynn. They are tremendous and have made every little thing worth it. They have just been wonderful.
