The Breakers at Edgewater Beach

I have no problems with the transportation services. We have a brand new vehicle. The housekeepers do a good job. They come in and vacuum and do whatever. They do have activities here and activites away that they take us to. So far, I have not had any problem with that at all. Everything that we do here is pretty good. I'm happy with my apartment, and I like my view. I have recommended the community. My sister moved in a year after I did.

The community is a great value for people who are good for independant living. There are a lot of services, like activities on-site. The housekeeping is fine. There are no problems with the room, and the maintenance staff makes efforts to keep the building both clean and well maintained. It has great outdoor spots, as well as indoor places. We have used the party spot and thought it was very convenient. The dining people there are really good and courteous. They do a great job of managing the seniors. Overall, he feels safe and comfortable at the community.

If you have a problem, maintenance gets to you right away. They fix the problem. I think they're just top notch. The housekeeping is great. I think the activities are well planned. There are things that you can do that are a lot of fun. I think they have a good menu variety. If you don't like what's on the menu, they have other creations on the other side. You have an opportunity to order what you want to eat. I think management is respectful. This is about the cleanest facility I've ever seen. I would totally recommend this facility to others.

I have been here six years and I think it is a wonderful place. Considering that everything is included in the rent, I am happy. We have our movie theatre, game room, library, everything is available. This is the best library of any place we looked at. They are prompt and they get things done. If an emergency arises they are right here on the spot. The common areas are very good, clean. It is fantastic, so I have no complaints.

In regards to the management, they answer questions and they allow input. They call me back when I call them. The food is nice and they have a variety on the menu. Housekeeping came last week, and they were really nice. The maintenance is good as well. The people here have been really nice and cordial.

I like the accommodations very much and services received for the money paid is quite appropriate. My housekeeper does a nice job and in general, they recycle and keep the common areas clean. Nothing is ever an extreme situation or even a bad situation because they take care of things around the building before they happen. There is a variety of activities offered and most of the food is extremely good. Overall, they do a really incredible job here.

Mom is safe and comfortable there. Maintenance is extremely helpful and always punctual, and housekeeping does a great job. There’s plenty of activities. The management is excellent. It’s a very good value.

I feel that they have a lot of activities and that was one of the reasons that my dad went there. My dad likes the lady that comes to clean. She is really sweet. Wendal, the maintenance guy, has been really nice to my dad. He has been very patient.The lady at the desk is so nice and so patient. They have a lot of activities.
