The Breakers at Edgewater Beach

I recently moved into this senior living facility, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The management team is incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure everything runs smoothly. The dining options are consistently good, and the staff in the kitchen really knows what they're doing. There are so many activities available that it would take me a year to try them all! Overall, I feel this place offers excellent value and a wonderful sense of community. I highly recommend it!

My mom is at the community and it is a wonderful place! The staff they have are top caliber and mom loves it there. The staff are very well trained so that indicates to me that the management are doing a superb job. Also, mom loves the food and the selection there and I would say the servers are excellent as well; she is well very catered to in the dining room. There is some kind of activity for everybody and she is really enjoying all of the activities that are available to her. Lastly, the housekeeping is excellent. I visit her once a week and the whole place is spotless!

I live at this community and the staff are very courteous and hospitable. The food is also very good and they know just what kinds of foods we need for nourishment. I am impressed with the activities that are provided and everything is just immaculate and well maintained.

We thought it would be the perfect place for me to stay and I appreciated getting to know people and their acceptance of someone new in their midst. I felt like the introductory management team was great. I heard the word community a lot and I felt that is what you are striving for and accomplishing!

My husband and I live in the community and everybody here is amazing. From the head to the lower positions they are all just fabulous. We are very happy with the dining service, the food and very good and plentiful. We are always amazed at how many activities they have. We make trips to the symphony, to the museum, and every Thursday we have coctail hour! The location is wondeful too, we are right on the lake!

My loved one lives in this community and he's on the 19th floor overlooking Lake Michigan with a great view. The room layout is great and his unit was newly painted and freshly carpeted it was beautiful. The best thing there is they deliver on what they promise! The value is excellent and from what he was paying before moving here, it's outstanding!

My husband and I live at this community and the staff here is all amazing. They are very patient, reasonable, and generous with their time. We also love the food and enjoy the variety on the menu and the activities allow you to easily meet new people. Our housekeeper also does a good job and stays on top of things and she is just very thorough in what she does.

The management staff were very professional and very timely in processing my application and answering questions. The dining department offers choices and the meals are healthy. They are well prepared understanding the dietary guidelines people have here and they are tasty. The activities are interesting and geared toward good health. There are exercise classes six days a week. They are engaging and fun, but also with a health interest included. The housekeepers are very professional and certainly clean well. They clean with the input of the person living there. In terms of installing things I've needed installed they have done quite well and in a timely manner. I'm satisfied and would recommend this community to others.

Everybody has been great at this community. Everything that I have asked about or talked about has been excellent. They have great food and very good service. I had some friends come in and join me for a meal and they enjoyed it as well. I really like the activities. They have some great things to do and they are appropriate for the people that live here. The housekeeper that cleans my apartment is wonderful and she comes on a consistent schedule. I would recommend this community to others. It is a very good place to live.

Everyone who has asked about the community, I've just told them that it is fantastic. All of the staff is just remarkable kind and caring people and it is just so nice to see our elderly being taken care of in that way. The serving staff are just lovely, really sweet people, they are really good with seating her with other people and helping her get settled in.

I feel very secure. Management are excellent. I couldn’t ask for a better service. Everybody here is top notch. The housekeepers come promptly and they do an excellent job. It's a great place to live.

They are prompt, polite, considerate and keep everything organized and well attended. The food is tasty and it's promptly served and the attendants are good. It offers a variety of things to eat. Plus, there is a variety of activities that all levels are able to participate in to be busy and stay active in.

After touring this community and seeing how everyone was happy and seemed settled, we thought it was a good fit for my mom. Everything has been wonderful so far. My mom is happy with the quality and variety of the food and she really likes the servers in the dining area. The activities are wonderful. I think they have it covered. They have a good variety of things for her to do. The person that cleansmy mom's apartment is wonderful and the laundry facility is wonderful as well. The maintenance people are wonderful too. They are very receptive and very cordial and respectful to my mom. They try to take care of things as soon as possible especially the new guy, Daniel. He is really good. We have recommended this community to several people.

I don't think I want to be anywhere else. The management staff do a super job, and I love being here. Really I can't complain about the food and dining. They have to deal with a lot here, and I think they do a great job. Also, I always say from the amount of people that live here and the amount of people that get involved, I think they do as well as they can with activities, too. I'm sure if I thought of anything they would probably come up with it. And actually housekeeping couldn't be better. It's excellent! I'm also satisfied with the vehicle condition here, and that service is great as well. All in all, the value couldn't be better. It's wonderful here, and I highly recommend it!
