The Breakers at Edgewater Beach

I've lived here for almost three years. I think the price is fair. I'm happy here. I don’t have any complaints. The activities are very good. There's lots of outings. Maintenance is very good, they respond to requests quickly. Housekeeping helps me occasionally and that is always good. I haven't had any concerns here.

I have lived at the community for over four years. I feel so safe here that I don't even lock my door anymore. I'm on the 33rd floor and have a magnificient view of the lakefront and beach. I just love it. They have really good food, there is always something I like, especially the fish. If they serve filet mignon it’s the best. They have great activities here especially the swimming pool. The building was just remodeled and it is very nice. It's great here.

When we visited the Breakers there were people sitting downstairs and it just looked inviting. So I decided this is where I want to stay. For what I am paying I feel completely happy and for two meals a day what more could I ask for. The apartment is very good, I have two nice closets. The management satff are excellent. Everything here is excellent. I think the activities are very good. There is always something going on and if you want to get out of your room it is up to you. I think the building is really excellent. It is clean and everybody is friendly. I would recommend it to anybody. I am very happy living here.

Housekeeping is very prompt and she does a very good job. That was one of the many reasons that made me decide on The Breakers, was the fact that we receive weekly housekeeping. Management has been very good. They're very approachable and Estelle, especially, when you ask her for something it gets done. Maintenance came in right at the beginning because there was a problem with the toilet as I was moving in and within half hour they had it repaired. I think this place is just great!

We chose the Breakers because it had what my friend needed and so far everyone has been very helpful. The housekeeping services have been good as has the dining. Regarding maintenance, when we first got there we had some problems with a door and the tv had to be set up but it was all taken care of by Estelle. It has been good so far and he is getting the care he needs through the Open Arms program.

It's a very good value. I love the apartment here, the view. This is a very intermingled community. The Management is wonderful. They get things done. Jim, the driver, is wonderful. Today I wanted to hit two stores, two other women wanted another, and he planned it so we could spend time at all three stores. The food is excellent. Maintenance has been great. I had a problem with the toilet seat, I mentioned it, and they replaced it. I am having the most wonderful time of my life here. We all love this place!

My wife and daughter liked the place, so that's why I'm here. I would recommend it. The housekeeping is top notch, I don't have a complaint. They are very good at their job. Everybody has been right on the ball over here. Management has been very responsive. The maintenance team has been good, they are very prompt. I do take advantage of the gym they have there, I use that twice a day and go to the library and stuff like that. It's been good.

Housekeeping is wonderful. She does a very thorough job and has everything she needs on her cart. Management has bent over backwards for us to see how we're doing and double and triple checked everything. The value is reasonable.

The building is well maintained, it's run very smoothly, and the staff is very nice. The food is good and the service is good. Maintenance is excellent. Whenever we have problems, maintenance always gets them fixed. The transportation is fine; it's worked out well when she has used it. There's a variety of activities. They watch a lot of recent movies, and they get good stuff. We have had our ups and downs, but my aunt is happy.

I think management does everything right there. Every need my mother has is always met, and any issues are addressed very quickly. The food is restaurant quality and the service is fine. They offer movies, shopping trips, lots of stuff, and there was a barbecue last month. The activities are great. Maintenance does a good job. I've already recommend people there, and one is actually moving in. I'm there Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, and some Saturdays. I like the building.
