The Breakers at Edgewater Beach

They're very helpful, courteous, and conscientious to both me and my mother. Compared to other places there's a lot more activities here. They've just been very good.

I've been here eight months and I feel very safe and comfortable. Management is very hands-on, they listen to you, and if you have a problem they help you sort it out. The food is excellent here and the service of the waiters and waitresses is great. When I send down a work order the maintenance guys respond same day. The value is excellent, this community and lifestyle is valuable to me.

The pool is beautiful and the grounds look fantastic. The activities are very popular and fill up very quickly at the first of the month. The food is good. They are both vegetarians and I think there is at least one vegetarian entree at dinner each night.

Their food is actually pretty good and the building and common areas are nice. There are a lot of nice benefits that my mom has there and I think it is economical.

They have done a good job of making the community diverse. The food is okay and the menu varies. The chef has his things that he does well and the soups are excellent. I think they do very well with housekeeping and I feel overall they are excellent at upkeep of the community. The people they have working here are good people.

Everything has been pretty good here. I am appreciating the variety in the menu and they have an incredible variety of activities. Housekeeping is quick and good and the building is well maintained. I love my apartment.

My dad has been very happy there and he loves the food, they've done a great job with the menu. You have a beautiful variety of activities, you could keep yourself quite busy if you wanted to. The price is very fair. With the space in the apartment and the amenities, I think my dad gets more for his money at The Breakers.

I think the price is reasonable for what mom gets. There’s always plenty to do and many different options of activities. If something isn’t working maintenance is quick to respond and take care of things. Housekeeping is awesome, we’re extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of her apartment and laundry service. I think management is great, all in all they do a really good job.

Lynn in management was a great resource for any questions I had, she was great. The dining she staff was always really good. She was happy with the food, the staff and activities offered.

Whenever I needed to ask them something they always called me back or came to the desk to see me. They went above and beyond what I thought they should do. The place was wonderful and everyone was so nice.
