The Breakers at Edgewater Beach

The thing I do like the best is the free parking for families for two hours, that is a huge plus. They offer a lot of activities, the value is good. It is all just fine.

The activities are very good, there are interesting places to go and they take us on the bus. Maintenance is terrific, they do a very good job.

I am very pleased being here and I have never regretted coming here. I am glad that I am here. If you were to walk through, you would be pleased with what you see. It is clean, safe and comfortable.

The community I was supposed to go didn't have an open room, so I am only temporarily here, but they're doing a wonderful job. The people I have met have been very good to me and I was very impressed with them when I first came. I see people walking their dogs, so it's a plus that they're pet friendly and I'd recommend it to anyone because it's a beautiful place that is just fabulous, so I am satisfied here. If I could stay here forever, I would.

I like that it is modern and comfortable and the people seem really, really nice. I am very happy with the apartment and I feel very safe and secure here. It is really a good feeling and I appreciate it. The food is wonderful and the service is great. Everybody is friendly. I get the elevator and someone will say hi. I think it is a wonderful place.

Management has been very helpful. Everything was smooth and organized in terms of move in. My mom likes the dining choices so far and she did say she likes the food service. She does like some of the activities, the bus rides. It's in a great location and the transportation is excellent.

I fell in love with it before I ever saw it. Everybody has been helpful and full of information. The food has been very good, service has been delightful and dining room itself has a lovely ambiance. Everything in the building looks clean and orderly.

Mom lived there eight years and to me, the activities seemed good. I know they had lots of movies, trips, a book club, things like that. We were satisfied with the quality of the food and the servers were always friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping kept up with her room and maintenance really helped us at move-out. They did a really nice job on safety and I thought the room was very nice. I think it was a great deal, rent included laundry, exercise room, activities, housekeeping and two meals a day. I thought it was a very good value.

I think they set the standard for Senior Living Facilities because of what they have to offer, all the facilities. They have a swimming pool in the place, I wanted to get in there myself. Management handled the everything, from my first visit to the time I left, they handled everything pretty business-like and professional. The people at the front desk were on top of their job.

I think the value is great because the location is amazing, near the lakefront downtown. The staff is outstanding, they knew my mom's name like that afternoon and they never forgot. I think it's very clean, it's a very nice and tidy building, it's in great shape.
