Brentwood at St Pete

All our needs have been met above and beyond. We're just really happy living here. I believe the executive director here is doing a really good job and she has been very kind and responsive whenever I reach out to her. I think they're handling the quarantine well too. The dining staff and everyone has just gone above and beyond when they're bringing us our meals and drinks. They've gone above and beyond the call of duty. The activity directors have been a joy to interact with, and they always come up with varied and nice activities to do. We're just really happy living here.

Mom has been happy with how things are going. It is fabulous that they can select the meals they want each day and they like the way they plate the pretty little desserts. Housekeeping does a thorough job on a daily basis, from making sure trash is removed all the way down to their laundry. I have never walked in there and thought for one minute that it wasn't clean. Due to their proactiveness they have caught several things with my parents.As the primary caregiver I can turn my head and not worry about it because they are getting great care.

Compared to other places he has been, this community is like the Taj Mahal. They have a nice dining room, it always seems to be clean, there is plenty of people working there, and I feel like I have always gotten answers and things resolved.

Everyone is very friendly at the community. My mother has been there nine years and this is the best place for her. They are taking great care of her and it is a nice facility. I picked it because of the amenities and it is ten minutes from my house. The management is friendly and professional and they have a lot of activities going on. Every time I am in my mother's apartment is is clean and she always looks well kept. You can always find maintenance in the building and the care and nursing staff is very responsive. We have had a great experience overall. I tell everyone about this place!

The overall cleanliness, the staff, the food, and her apartment made it a good value. She was always involved in all of the activities. We really liked the people that were doing the activities with her. There was something to do every day. The facility was clean and neat. It was laid out well and well kept. It felt homey. They treated her wonderfully, they really did. The staff she dealt with every day were the nicest people in the world. Every single one of them was great. The aides and the med techs were wonderful to my mother and everyone I saw them working with. The housekeeping services were great. The people doing the laundry and housekeeping were pleasant to talk to. I thought the food was good, and my mother liked it.

I have just been really happy with everyone here. Anytime I have a problem, management is right here to help me. The caregivers do a pretty good job. They are very quick to respond. The dining service and food quality is very good, and the activities are excellent. Most of the time, I do his laundry, but I was gone for a while over Christmas, so they did it for me. They did a great job. Anytime I call maintenance, they are right there. I think the price is fine. It is very fair. He has been here since July, and I have been very pleased with everything here.

Kelly, in management, does a good job for me as far as giving me answers to everything. The food and dining is excellent. Everyone at her table seems to be happy with what they are getting and eating. I haven't had anything bad there yet. The activities she has done are very well run, and the people know what they are doing. The laundry is excellent. The building and grounds are in good condition. The caregivers do a pretty good job. They are very respectful, and there are some that are excellent and go out of their way for her. When I have been there and she needed help, someone was there within a few minutes. You can't ask for more than that. I think they have done an excellent job because she hasn't progressed since we put her in here three years ago. Even her doctor thinks this is a very good place. She is tickled to be here. The staff kid with her and talk with her, and she loves that.

The dining and the activities are good. They cater to everybody. Everyone in the healthcare department is really nice there.

Management seems to be doing a good job, the activities look pretty good and the building is beautifully kept. The outside is always kept well too. Overall for what we have gotten, the price is fairly good.

We chose the community for my father because of the location and the quality of the lifestyle offered. Now mom is grateful to be able to move in with my father who was already set up there. Their apartment is a corner unit, bright, lots of windows, it feels like a condo.My parents are excited and involved in things, the staff has been encouraging, the activities are inclusive. My parents are extremely happy with the food and the service from wait staff is excellent. The managers have been with us all the way through this journey. They are available, answer questions, and offer input and guidance. Good communication, their openness has been great.
