Brentwood at St Pete

Every time I visit everything seems to be in order and running smoothly. They seem to have a blast in activities and the care is superb. The girls are wonderful there. Any questions that I have they take care of it right then and there.

The food looks good and the new Activities Director seems to get them involved and doing different things.

My aunt has been there nearly six years and she likes the food and wait staff. Whenever we call them, they address what needs attention and the care givers are good.

I visited 3 or 4 area communities, and the apartment here was the largest. They have outings, entertainment, it's definitely enough activities going on. The caregivers know what they’re doing and are respectful of my dad and I. I have no problem with anyone over there and I have no complaints.

The people work hard to make sure things get done in a timely manner. Everyone cares and is kind and compassionate. The food is fabulous. The nurses have been wonderful. They have gone above and beyond.

Everybody has been fabulous that I've come in contact with. The dining staff remembers that he likes his water room temperature and how he likes his oatmeal and he was impressed with that. The attentiveness has been very nice, sweet and nurturing. It has been good to see.

My mother-in-law has lived at this community for almost three years and I think they have very good quality and a good variety of food in the dining department. The people who work in the dining room and do that stuff do a very good job. They do a good job with the housekeeping and the laundry people do a good job.

Everyone would enjoy lower pricing, but I looked at several places before I chose Brentwood of St. Petersburg and nothing even compared to them, so it's worth every penny. The care is excellent and the staff takes good care of her. They're always there, contact me and let me know what is going on, so it has been excellent over the last 5 year Her favorite activities are Bingo and the entertainment when they have someone singing. She also goes to trivia once in a while and when she uses the bus for outings. Management always takes care of business for me, so it's been a great experience. Any time someone asks me or when I hear people talking about communities, I always mention it.

His room is wonderful. He has a good size bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. I have never had a problem with the administrator. She was very nice and informative when I brought Dan in. She has told me in the past that if I have any problems to let her know. I believe she will take care of anything that I would bring to her. The Director of nursing is absolutely wonderful. He fixes anything I bring to him right then. There is always something to do in activities. The laundry is really good; his clothes aren't wrinkled or anything. In terms of healthcare, the med aides are all so friendly and nice.

I chose this community for my husband because a friend from church recommended it. Michelle Lynch, in Sales, responded to me within an hour when I first inquired about this place. That has never happened to me in the 5 years that I've had to look at places. The marketing people are also great. The healthcare staff is wonderful. Maintenance came to help with everything, they're wonderful. Matt and Craig in maintenance and the front desk people are exceptional. The place is exceptional, I'm very happy.
