Bridgeport Place Assisted Living

The management seems to have their act together and it seems to be well run. Everyone seems to be pleasant. We will eat an occasional meal there…a celebratory meal like Easter or Thanksgiving and those are always pretty good. My sister goes to just about everything and she talks about it. She goes to her bible meetings and the games and bingo. She goes on as many tours on the bus as she can. She always says that she has a good time so that is pretty good. She does a lot of art work and making things as well. Her room is always made up nice and it is clean. In regards to maintenance, things are always handled very well. The building is always well maintained. My sister says the care givers are always there when she needs them and she always seems to be happy. The nurses all seem to be good. They are always very nice and respectful.

This is a wonderful place. The dining service is very good, the activities are very good and the housekeepers are very good and very sweet. When you ask maintenance for something they come immediately and do it and the caregivers come in and do things if we ask them. This is a great place and I am really glad I picked it.

Overall, the staff have been very professional, positive and helpful. We have had a good experience so far. Overall, the entire nursing staff has been excellent at the community. They all have a good, positive attitude and the lead nurse has been excellent with my father.

The management was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. If I ever had a problem, the management was readily available to help assist me. The food was excellent. The staff was very helpful and always willing to work my parents. The housekeeping and laundry were good, and the maintenance was excellent. The care givers were extremely helpful and willing to listen and work with us. It was an excellent experience, and from what I could see, it was an excellent community.

Mom’s apartment fits her, and the entire place is not too big, not to small. It's a nice, clean, and neat place to go, and the staff is good. After two weeks there mom told my uncle it was the best decision we ever made.

My mom's room is always clean and the place looks beautiful. The staff is always checking on my mom and are always there to make sure she goes to meals. They're very attentive.

The staff is very friendly and they seem to have plenty of people. The building is absolutely lovely and is always very clean. The yards, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. There's a nice walkway to walk around the entire building and they have a patio area with tables and umbrellas. It's just a very lovely place, I'm very pleased.

The reason we chose this community was because of it's appearance and the friendliness of the staff, they were very helpful. They have all kinds of stuff going on in activities. Mom has said the dining area is nice and she likes the meals they serve.

The staff and everybody is very good here. The servers are excellent, the transportation is very good and there are a lot of activities going on. Everything has been great.

We toured quite a few other facilities before we chose a place and we feel Bridgeport was right there in the ball park. I think the activities are pretty good. They have the movies, the dancers coming in, the arts and crafts. I know my mom spent a couple hours the other day putting together bracelets for the grandkids with the arts and crafts gal. The care staff come real quick when you buzz. They say hi to mom all the time and call her by first name they are very friendly.
