Caldwell House

The staff is very friendly and attentive to the residents. If I have any questions they're quick to get me an answer. Management is accessible and responsive. My Dad says he says he likes it there so that makes me happy.

Mom is happy with the apartment and she feels comfortable living at the community. The healthcare staff is very nice and professional. Their maintenance man is very good, approachable and fixes anything when there is a problem. Housekeeping services are always very nice and friendly.The residents have fun with the activities, enjoy themselves and see different things. The cook really puts a lot of effort into the meals and the wait service is nice. Management is all always there, available to the residents and they're approachable if my mother has an issue or question. Overall, I am really happy with mom being there.

My dad loves the food. He said they sometimes have something on the menu that isn't to his liking, but they will give him a second option. They are quite accommodating in the dining room. They have quite a few activities going on. Housekeeping is doing a good job, and maintenance is quick about coming out to fix issues. This is a smaller communit,y but the team takes pride in keeping the place looking nice. The caregivers here are really awesome. My dad has no complaints with the care he is receiving at a personal level. I thought the value was very good compared to other places we looked at.

My mom is happy. I think it is good care. They are pleasant and kind and know all of the residents and their special needs and wants. They take pride in how the place looks, and keeping things fixed up. They always come and get her if she is not down there to let her know it is time to eat, and if for some reason she is not feeling good, they will bring her food to her. When I am on vacation the Executive Director will text me pictures of mom. She just goes above and beyond.

My husband raves about the meals because they are well prepared and there is a big variety. The residents have a good time with the activities and the maintenance guy is pretty good about coming in, so everything has been running smoothly. If there is a problem, the healthcare staff is really quick about letting me know what is going on. Overall, I appreciate the friendliness and cooperation at the community.

I am super pleased with everything that has happened since my mom has been there. The staff has been great in every department in taking care of her. I would recommend the community to anyone.

The food is pretty good and variety on the menu is decent. She fell one time and the care givers came right away and helped her up. She is satisfied with the care she's been getting. Overall, we're real satisfied with Caldwell House.

I am satisfied with the services at Caldwell House. She feels safe, comfortable and pricing seems appropriate. In fact, this community is less expensive than where she was at and I am happy with the care she is receiving. Every time I come into the room, the healthcare staff is nice and respectful, but they're also accessible and responsive to her needs. Overall it's been an excellent experience for my friend.

I'm very happy with Caldwell House and I just love all of the staff. It was a miracle that we found it and my Aunt has been very glad that she transitioned there. I'm happy with everyone in management, Veronica, Joe and Nancy. The healthcare staff have been checking on my Aunt quite regularly. My Aunt loves the food, she has never said anything bad about the dining and she says that she's not used to eating that much. My Aunt is also happy with the activities. She complains and says that she doesn't have enough time to get everything done because she's always so busy with the activities.

My mother-in-law has been there for several years and all of management are willing to help. Tammy does very professional and she's always willing to help and is very approachable. They are personable with you. They treat the residents very well. Vance is professional answers all billing questions. The Nursing Director always says hi and I can call her any time with questions. The managers have great rapport with the residents, my mother-in-law is spoiled. The nurses, aides, and Med Techs are just on top of things. They call me and keep on top of noticing things about her. They met any requests. She recently broke her wrist and they helped with that. We wanted to move her from a wheelchair to a walker and they helped with that. The aides are absolutely the best. Any request they will fulfill for me. If she runs out of toiletries, they always let me know. I don’t think you can pay those aides enough, they are just invaluable. The kitchen staff is open to requests and the food is always delicious. I understand the menu will be changed up soon, but they go above and beyond and spoil my mother-in-law to pieces. The housekeepers are very, very good. Any problems are rectified with cleaning or laundry, and they keep up well. I have recommended it and received several of the $500 referral bonuses. I always recommend it, always.
