Caley Ridge Assisted Living

I am pretty happy with everything. The food is good and I think they provide plenty of activities. The maintenance staff have always been prompt with any issues we have called them about and the girls that give her the meds are really good.

The management has always been very helpful. The housekeeping and laundry do a good job. They seem to be pretty attentive to whatever she needs. We have been very happy with everyone at the facility and Dolores loves living there.

The management team seems to be very open, they listen and they provide feedback to us. They are real handy when we need them. My mom says the food is good. She loves the sweets and they provide a good variety of those. The laundry is great and everything is folded very nicely and professionally. It is done well. The building has been spruced up and is kept nice and clean. The medical director and the folks they work with try very hard and are doing a good job. We were impressed with Caley Ridge when we first found it for mom. We were concerned about her adjusting but that wasn't a problem really and I believe she feels safe and comfortable. I don't think we could get the value we get at Caley Ridge anywhere else.

The management team tries hard and they do a good job. The meals taste good, I like the care givers, and there is always an activity going on within the community!

I know everyone on the management team and they are flexible, responsive, and friendly. I love the maintenance staff and I can text the care givers even when they're not working and they'll text me back. They handle difficult situations well and they're very responsive. I think it's a good place for my Mom!

I truly like everyone at the community. They are very friendly. You have to have some type of calling and love for the elderly to be able to work in a place like that. It is very evident with the people I have dealt with that they feel that way. They are very compassionate and caring with my mother. You have a good staff there. The care staff are very attentive, the maintenance man is really friendly and always helpful to my mother and I know the activity leaders, Ribi and Ada, do a great job. The quality of food also seems to be good.

The staffs anticipation in trying to know and learn the residents was fantastic. From, Debbie, all the way down, I was very impressed with the staff. My father really liked, Regina, at the front desk. Whenever I had questions I could go to her and she made things happen. The healthcare staff was very respectful and knowledgeable and the building was very well maintained. I would definitely recommend the community to others. The people there were very kind and helpful to my father and I.

Debbie the executive director is extraodinary. She understands the whole Medicaid piece which is not easy to understand. My mom says that she loves the food. She really likes the servers, especially a young man named Del. He is as sweet as can be.

Management is very accommodating. If we ask for something they make sure it happens. The dining staff accommodates my parents as best as they can. Housekeeping is accommodating and the care staff is good, very attentive and makes whatever my parents need happen. The variety of the activities is good and the condition of their apartment is fine. The value is good, I am comfortable that my parents are being well taken care of and they do feel safe. It has been a very good experience to date.

The transportation services do a great job. The maintenance team is great. My aunt is at a good facility. I think the activities are graet, and the activities director does a great job. I'd say that the dining is pretty good. Whenever I've gone, the food has been good. The management team does a good job of keeping us informed and they're responsive.
