Management has always been very helpful, and they are pleasant. They always say hello when I come in, and they all know my dad. They even ask me how my dad is doing. The food always looks really yummy, and they bring him food that he finds tasty. They make allowances for him. The variety is good on the menu, and if he doesn't want what is on the menu for the day, he can order something else.They have a good variety of activities that they offer, and the different activities that we have participated in have been nice. The residents seem to really enjoy the different activities that they do. They also do big events with the families. For instance, they have a costume contest for Halloween, and they invite the families to that. Housekeeping washes his clothing and folds it neatly. They do a good job. Maintenance keeps the place looking really good. The caregivers are really accommodating and helpful. They keep us informed on when he is doing well or if he has had a rough day. When he needs something, they are there. They think the world of him. I can only sing praises for this community. I think they really work well with the people here, and I am very grateful that they are able to help my dad in the last states of his life.

My parents moved out out of the community, but I thought the price was fair, and I very much liked their apartment. It was a nice place, and we had so much peace of mind with them there. They had a professional nurse who trained their CNAs, and the caregivers were quite good. Transportation was very prompt, easy to schedule, and careful with my mother in terms of loading. When they did need something fixed, it was always very well done by maintenance, and it was prompt. The building itself looked nice, especially the exterior. Laundry was always very seamless and really well done. It was timely, really nicely folded, and very consistent. They picked things up exactly when they said they would. The activity director was very conscientous about multiple activities, and they were always good about including families to special events. The receptionists were very helpful, professional, and responsive. The sales person helped us understand assisted living, and the director was very approachable. All in all, they made a tremendous difference not only to my parents, but to our whole family.

I am very happy with them. They are very helpful with any issues that come up. I feel it is a very well run organization. The maintenance staff has the place is always running well. I think they do a good job. The care staff is good, and she is well taken care of. She receives medication every day. They are right on top of everything. They call me back if I need anything. We have meetings twice a year to discuss how she is doing.

The price is fair. For the value, I think it is great. Management is vert concerned for my sister's health, and the care is excellent. She likes the food. It is varied and very good. The activities on the program look good. Housekeeping is just fine. I appreciate that the staff were willing to accommodate her needs for transportation.

The management has been great and the healthcare staff goes above and beyond, they do a wonderful job. There are plenty of activities and the transportation services are very helpful for doctor appointments. I've been very pleased to have her there.

Everything is going pretty well. She seems to enjoy all the meals and they always have activities, things for her to do, and she enjoys participating. Housekeeping makes sure everything is taken care of and maintenance keeps the building well-maintained. The care givers seem to be very responsive.

Management is very responsive anytime I have an additional need for my mom. The caregivers and the nurse both are very attentive to her. My mom has a few dietary restrictions but it seems like the dining staff are pretty helpful when she asks them questions about what is in the food and I think the menu variety is fine. The activities are good, the weekly cleaning is fine and maintenance comes pretty quickly anytime she has an issue with something.

The management is responsive. I can call, text, email anytime and they both respond and they are very respectful. Ada the activities director does a great job. My aunt doesn't always participate but they try to get all residents to participate. My aunt enjoys the food and in regards to the care, all of the things combined with the outside help they get they are very intuned with what my aunt needs. They really do a great job at that.

My friend feels safe and comfortable living there, so I feel very lucky that we found it. Whoever they have folding the laundry, which I think is a machine, is doing it perfectly, so it's like the best laundry ever. The Activity Director does a good job in trying to find things that residents will participate in though and they also do offsite trips, so it doesn't get any better than this community.

I am interactive with the front desk, caregivers, nursing director and the other registered nurse there and it is above and beyond what I would expect in those areas. The nursing staff is exemplary. Having had my mother in skilled care, this is far and beyond any other facility she has been in and she has been in many. It is everything I would have hoped it would be.
