Caley Ridge Assisted Living

Management cares and they show it to me every single time that I have a need to call them. The caregivers are excellent. The price that I am paying seem fair by comparison with other communities.

Everybody is really good. This really is the best team they have had. They communicate well and are available if I have any questions.

Laurie in accounting is phenomonal and the front desk girls are great. I am very satisfied with the activities. They even have some volunteers doing stuff with the activities. They are dong a good job with the housekeeping.

Management is very good and healthcare staff take good care of her. There are several activities that my mom goes to almost every day. My mom likes the afternoon bingo and evening poker. I'm pretty happy with Caley Ridge.

The management is very good. Whenever I call they help me out and I have been able to have meetings with them. They are very helpful with my dad. The dining team there really seems to know who the residents are and call them by name. They offer if they would like something different or extra. It looks like the people that go on the activities do enjoy them. The housekeepers are good. He has his laundry done and he has his room cleaned. The care givers really watch out for my dad. They are very attentive to him and they take care of anything we ask. I wouldn't have my dad any other place.

The food is pretty good and they give you options, which is nice, because we were at a couple of other places and they didn't nearly have the same options. The service during dining is very pleasant and it's nice that the Cook even comes out. Everyone always has a smile on their face, so it's always nice. In our common day, no one has that courtesy for everyone, so it's pleasant to see all the way from the Cook to people bringing things out. If you look at everything that is offered, it's a great value, so I really appreciate everything they do at the community.

This is one of the best communities here in Colorado. Things are running really well right now and I hope it continues. The quality of the manager is what runs the whole ship and right now we have a wonderful manager and everything is very good. The management is always available which is just wonderful. I think the price is fair and it is within the fair market. I The food is very good. It is the best it has ever been and we have a wonderful cooking staff. The activities are also very good. They are always available and the activities director is excellent. S

Dad has been there for seven years and I am satisfied with the value. His apartment is fine, we haven’t to ask maintenance to repair a single thing. Everything has been fine in terms of his care. I guess I have no complaints.

I realize that this kind of care is difficult and expensive because they have a big job on their hands, but I really do appreciate that they do what they can with the resources they have. The healthcare staff is respectful and the Head of Healthcare is very responsive. She often mentions how the communtiy is kept very clean and that they do a good job with decorating things during various parts of the year. She seems happy with the activiitesy and is very complimentary of the many people who come to perform there.

The price is a lot but everywhere is about the same so it is fair. My mother-in-law has one of the bigger apartments and she loves that. The food has gotten much better and she really enjoys the activities. She is very happy that they got a new bus and is now going to a lot of places. The caregivers are attentive to what she needs and wants. She has asked that they wait to give her her medicine until she is in her room so others don't see her taking them and they do that for her.
