The staff seems to be keeping up with her laundry and doing a good job with getting it right back to her. They're coming in to clean her room and there to pop in to get her garbage all the time. My mom has been to a couple of the activities, and she said they're pretty good. There seems to be a variety and there seems to be good entertainment. My mother says the food is good. There's always hot coffee. The management team seems to be very courteous with answering my questions and helping my mother. They're just very attentive and kind and understanding. As soon as I walked it, it felt really homey and felt like a good amtch for my mother. I was not wrong. Overall, it was a great price, and I visited a lot of different places. We've been really pleased with them.

Mom liked the size. It's smaller. They have a lot of activities. She's been happy with the laundry service and the apartment cleaning. The care givers are good. She's been happy with the maintenance team. They hang things for her, and if she needs them, they're right there. She likes them. She's very happy there. It’s a very good value.

I absolutely love it there. The building is always very clean, and we haven't had any maintenance problems. The apartment cleaning and laundry services are satisfactory. They actually got him out of his room to participate in activities, which I thought was unusual. He likes the activities, and they gear them towards both men and women. He says he enjoys the dining and says that both the service and food is great. Management is super nice and super professional. They have helped me out a lot. Overall, he feels safe and comfortable, and I am pleased.

Management is just very thorough and they are always offering activities for her to do, they have card games and she can do bingo. It is clean, I've never seen it not clean, and they do a very good job with the laundry. The healthcare staff calls me with anything and have been very good, they take very good care of her. The lady who oversees the MC unit, Lexi, she is phenomenal.

I looked at my church and at the time we had about four members up there and I only heard good things about the facility, we just really loved the welcome we received at Cameron Hall, everything looked nice and clean and every resident we talked to was in favor of the facility. Management is very responsive, friendly and any questions we've had they go out of their way to answer and make us feel assured, Irene has been especially helpful. I can't tell you what a relief it is to know my mom is being taken care of and she has someone right there if she needs them, we're very happy.

Management is letting us know what's going on with him, they're doing a fine job, I'm well satisfied with it. They look pretty well staffed to me.

Based on what I have surfed and looked at, I feel like the price of Cameron Hall of Canton is right on target based on the services and accommodations my mother receives. Management keeps promises made and meets expectations, the housekeeping is great and the building looks really good. It's better than the place we came from, which was newer, and my mother said the same thing. Regarding her care, I am very satisfied with the healthcare staff, everything that I have seen coming and going with them has been great. They're really friendly and always ready to answer any questions. I am so impressed with the people that work there because the lady got her to take a shower and mom said she was really good. I am really happy with the community, everyone I have met has really impressed me and seem to care about my mom, so I am happy about that.

My wife looked at several other communities and Cameron Hall seems to be the best value for my mom. Irene, in sales, did a good job introducing the community and the staff all seems nice. One of the reasons we picked it is the community seems very well-maintained and clean and all that. We're very happy so far with maintenance, they changed out a couple of light bulbs for my mom. I think the entire care staff is doing a fine job. They have enough staff to do what needs to be done. We did a sit down with the manager there and discussed the first week, they seem like they've been helpful. Seems like there's quite a few activities offered. Mom has tried the exercise, music, and a few other things. We're happy with that so far. They put out the calendar and mom's used it, and they even come knock on the door when something is starting up, like bingo. Her apartment is very clean, haven’t heard any complaints from my mother on the cleaning or laundry. I think it's going pretty well.

I am very pleased with all the staff at the community. They are all very nice and have positive attitudes. I especially like that they staff from activities keeps encouraging mom to participate in the activities and don't give up. The care staff are also good and are fast to respond. The grounds are pretty nice and the place looks like it is well maintained.

We were very impressed with variety of the food offered to my sister in law. I was concerned that she would hole up in her room because she doesn't warm up to people quickly. I am happy to say that is not the case and I feel certain that is due to the interests she has in the activities offered there.
