Cameron Hall of Ellijay

It was recommended to us by friends whose parents have lived there. Since moving my mom in management has been fabulous. They have been very accessible anc responsive. The dining service is great as are activities. Housekeeping is just perfect. The caregivers have been wonderful. I really have no complaints.

Maintenance was very helpful. They kept it up real good and clean, they kept the room spotless. My aunt participated in almost everything and I couldn't ask for it to be any better, they were absolutely wonderful. She loved the food and said how well it was. Any time you called, the caretakers would be there or would connect you with someone. The management staff was very accommodating, they were just absolutely wonderful. They did a superb job, they were very professional and answered all of our questions and told us what to expect and that's what happened. They were just very superb, we were real pleased. It's an excellent value, for what we were paying I thought it was super good.

We looked at 3 places, and my mom loved Cameron Hall the best. She loved the building and the people. We haven't met one person there who isn’t one of the nicest, most caring people we've met. She has tried everything, and she loves it. She loves the services, the Bingo, piano playing, there's not one activity that she doesn't like. They're all awesome. The staff is very friendly and takes great care of her. The nurses maintain her medications, and they do a great job. She loves them. We have been very satisfied.

The caretakers are so nice. It's very well kept and very clean. I think the activities are wonderful and they go out of their way to get my mother involved. They are encouraging her without being pushy and it's starting to work. The staff, from top to bottom, has all been very helpful, polite and caring. I couldn't ask for more. I am amazed at how well she is doing there and each time we go in there, she is very comfortable there. The location is wonderful and the staff is wonderful.

The management staff are always so nice, pleasant smiling and helpful. The staff is very helpful. My mom eats well and likes it. They keep the residents extremely busy. When I have been in there, her room has been cleaned. They are helping her where she needs help. It is the cleanest place I have even been in. The building is very nice and the caretakers have been excellent. It's great; I would recommend it to anyone.

The management is friendly and will answer any questions you, and they're just good people. The community is so nice and well kept. We have had no complaints so far as to the housekeeping or dining that is offered. The caretakers are very nice and very helpful. We're very pleased with the staff and the community so far.

We have been really happy. My mom says there is so much food that she cannot eat it all and that the food is really tasty. The activities are really good. Judy is wonderful. She has reached out to my mom personally and gotten her to participate. The calendar is so full she wouldn't be able to do everything if she tried. It is so clean in there and it smells clean. Maintenance has been incredibly helpful. The building is beautiful. The cost to value is exceptional. We looked into numerous communities and for what you get; this community has the best value for what is being paid. We have been really happy.

We moved my father in because we heard good recommendations. The activities seem quite good. The maintenance man is nice and let me borrow his tools before. The building seems to be kept up quite nicely. The housekeeping is good. The healthcare staff is overall very wonderful. It's expensive, but when you consider all that is included then it's pretty good for the price.

I would recommend this community without a doubt. The management staff has always been very helpful, responsive, and considerate. Some of the care staff, in their off-duty time, will come by to see my dad because they think a lot of him. They come to see him because he is still local, and that speaks volumes about the care and concern that the workers have. With any of the maintenance staff members, if my dad needed help with the phone or the TV, they were always very helpful. The maintenance man was always on the go and active. They had a lot of outside volunteers for activities and were always trying to do stuff. There weren't any problems at all.
