Cardinal Village

Management has been very responsive to any of our concerns. They've answered all of our questions, and they've been very upfront with anything that has happened. The food has been good that I've seen. The service is good too. They really do take care of the residents. Mom is very engaged. She likes to be active so she's been involved in a lot of activities, especially when she's feeling well. They keep them engaged and interested. They keep them busy. I have to say overall it's excellent and I have no concerns and no problems. Overall she is very happy and very comfortable. The key for that is they're keeping her engaged with a lot of activities and things. They're very supportive of their residents. I've recommended it to other before and I would again, absolutely without question

It is the best care you can find in the area. I have great peace of mind with my mother living here. It is worth the price we are paying. They are very well managed there. They do a great job! They have always been available when I need them and I have had no issues with management not being responsive. The meals are well balanced and the service in the dining room is excellent. They do a really great job with the activities, housekeeping and maintenance service. The care staff is also available and responsive. Even through this virus I still get emails and pictures of my mother. This is like home for her and she is well taken care of.

Management is very honest and upfront. They answered all my questions and put me at ease. The housekeeping is going well. Everything in the building seems to be clean, up to date and well taken care of. My mom is being well taken care of here. They have been absolutely wonderful, and I am glad we picked this place for my mom. The people who have visited her say how nice the staff is and how welcoming they are.

I believe my mother is being well taken care of. So far, the housekeeping services are good. My mother has been very active and engaegd. I'm visiting throughout the day, and something is always going on. My mother has no complaints about the food. The management team has been very informative. Angela was right on the spot, and the rest of the staff are personable and supportive. The community is worth every penny.

I chose the community for my husband because when I visited, the people were wonderful. Every one of them have been spectacular. The building is very nice; everything is well maintained. They have encouraged him to come up for activities, and he has done so which has been great. They have music, and he seems quite content. I ate there for the Thanksgiving celebration, and it was very nice. The management team has been very kind and supportive. All in all, the value is good, and he is taken care of. I am extremely pleased, and he doesn't ask to come home, so I think I picked the best place for him.

The management staff answered the questions my wife would ask them and stuff like that. They seem to really be on top of everything. My brother is alright with the food. I ask him every night how the dinner was, and he says it is okay. They have a lot of activities for them to do. Everything looks up to par. He is crazy about his big bathroom. It is all really nice in there. We have nothing to complain about. The staff I have met seem really nice. Everything they are doing for him seems up to par. They aren't missing much, and they are doing a good job. We don't have any complaints.

The management seems to be on top of everything. They interact with the staff in the office and with the residents. The dining menus look very nice, and he is happy. He eats well. The staff really tries to engage all the people, and they bring everyone in to where they are doing the activity. They try to keep everyone engaged. Housekeeping keeps everything clean, changed, and laundered. The maintenance is on top of things, and the building always looks very clean. The caregivers seem very attentive to all the residents. They take care of them. The price is worth it to me. He loves the people here, and they love him. They are very nurturing to all the residents. We are very happy.

Management is very responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. They have been really great at educating me on areas that I need education. They have been great. The activities are fantastic. The activities director and all the people that work with that team are terrific. They pull people in and have fun things to do that are fit for all levels of memory. They really help everyone try to participate. That is great. I have played some of the games, and they are really fun. The clothes are clean and smell good. They do the best they can with the volume of laundry they have. The building looks like it is pretty good. The caregivers are really wonderful. There are a few that have been here for a long time, and they go above and beyond. They are kind and caring. They treat my parents like they are their own parents. You don't find that everywhere. I have been very impressed and very pleased. I can't think of a better place to have my parents. They are cared for and loved here.

I feel like we are very fortunate to have found a memory care facility for my mother. As far as meeting needs and giving goo care, this place has been a God sent. They are all trying very hard to take care of everybody and give everybody a little attention. I think the general maintenance of the building is good.

Things have been phenomenal since he got there. We have no complaints. The physical facility is good and more importantly the staff has been phenomenal. The schedule looks to be filled. Every day I get an email or text rather from Cardinal Village with what activities he has been involved in. That is nice. There are a variety of activities available. His room and building is kept clean. The care staff are all phenomenal. I am watching from a distance at how they are treating other people that don't have people coming in because they know we will be there every day or so. They are just as warm and loving to them as they are to my uncle. That speaks a lot.
