Cardinal Village

The management keeps me abreast of any changes and informed with what all is going on with him. The dining area is a clean facility. The food is prepared well and he enjoys it. The hospitality and atttendants are very polite and professional in what they do. I think there are enough activities and there is a good variety of them. When I am there, everything looks pretty maintained. The care staff are professional and give quality care to the residents there. They give them their meds on time and they are compassionate towards the residents. I would like to see them continue to do the good work they are doing.

We wanted to find the best place for my mom and I truly belive that this is the best place. I know she is getting the best healthcare here. I think the management does a really good job and I like the way they manage things here. The caregivers do a really good job as far as being attentive. Overall the food is good and their dining service is really good. They do a great job managing the activities and providing an array of activities for the residents.

Management is very efficient and whatever they promise, they do it. Our activity director is a good driver, very fun to be with and has ideas. The staff is always doing some kind of activity with them all day long, which keeps them busy. Laundry gets done, smells good and as soon as the hamper is full, it's done. Overall, I would tell everyone it's the best place to be. It's always clean, always pleasant and everyone is there to help you, so I like it and love it.

My mother's apartment is a good space. It isn't too big or too small and she is definitely safe and comfortable here. I think there are enough activities to do and it is good that the residents are encouraged to participate. Housekeeping seems to be fine, her clothes always come back clean and the building is kept up well. The care she receives is good. If the caregivers notice a change in her mood or if they think something is wrong they will talk to her doctor directly. They are very aware of what is going on and they take the appropriate measures.

The staff have been accommodating and they have people singing or doing dances, so I think the entertainment is great and there is a good variety offered. My mom loves the dining and cleans her plate every time, so overall, compared to the other community we were in, I feel like she is getting more bang for her buck and she is well taken care of.

I think they do a very good job with preparing the food. The service is great, they're always cheerful and helpful to the residents. The place always looks immaculate and the healthcare staff is always very receptive.

I think the food is excellent at Cardinal Village. They have very good food. It is good quality and variety. It isn't just blah institutional food. The housekeeping service is adequate and the maintenance is fabulous. The care staff has been really great with Mom.

The staff are doing a great job at the community. They are outstanding, sensitive, sweet, polite, loving and kind.The staff always has the residents in their eyesight and knows where they are. I have never had an issue with safety.

We chose this community for my dad because it's local. Management keeps us in the loop and let's us know what's going on. My dad always has clean clothes and the building is in good shape.

Anytime I have a question about what is going on and how my wife is doing I get answers from management. They give me good feedback and I feel comfortable about what they are doing. The maintenance department keeps things up. Anytime something is wrong they are always there to handle it. Anytime she needs help the care staff are there. I have had no problems here. I have had good overall communication and care of my wife.
