Mom has no complaints about the food and she cleans her plate. Anytime there has been an issue, they will go and fix her something else. I am very impressed with that. I think the activities are really good. I love the fact they will put them on a bus and take them various places. Housekeeping goes above and beyond what they should do.

My sister and I are really happy with the facility. We are glad to have found a memory focused place as opposed to the options we had before. It is a benefit to have that instead of a little wing off the assisted care facility. Having the memory care focused area is a godsend. All of my interactions with management here have been positive. They do a very good job in the dining department. From what I see the activities seem to be very nice and diverse. My mother's room is always maintained well. They seem to do a good job of keeping her room straightened up. I think they do a very good job with her care. If there is an issue and I bring it up they do address it. She always looks nice and has her hair done.

I've been very pleased with management so far, all the people I've met there seem to genuinely care about the people, are concerned and treat everyone with respect. The housekeeping is great, the room always smells and looks good. I spoke with Victoria on several occasions and she was very helpful in providing information on how my mom was doing. Everything has been positive, I'm extremely happy and I know that if something comes up, I can mention it and it will probably be taken care of in a professional and quick manner.

I chose this community for my wife because it's only a mile and a half from my house. Management has done things pretty decent compared to where my wife was, we're pretty happy so far. The dining room is very nice and the healthcare staff are doing a good job. They do have a lot of activities and they keep the residents busy, the activities are great. The maintenance has been great. Housekeeping is doing a good job, they keep the clothes cleaned and they come in twice a week.

She’s lived there for five and a half years. We've had superior service from all facets of the community, and there is no other place we'd choose, so we moved dad in. He had been living in their sister place, Chancellor's Village, I felt the same about it, they’re terrific places. The value is priceless. The management is very proactive. I have had many dealings with them, bringing questions and concerns, particularly trying to get my father into a room. They just bent over backwards to help and were so supportive. They made a difficult situation easy, it couldn't be easier. They have so many neat activities. Mom can’t really participate, she watches, by dad is participating. They have an app so I can follow along with what he does every day. I'd be exhausted from all he does. They have presenters and singers coming in, there's exercise...it's amazing, their calendar. I feel they work hard at that and keep everybody as motivated an in touch with reality as possible, which is hard with memory loss. I was looking at several years ago when we placed my mother, nothing could provide the same level of care or the same level of concern. It's a terrific place. This place just pulls people in and gets them active and participating in things, keeping their quality of life as good as it can be. It's got a rating of A+ with me.

My mom gets along well with the management, and so do I. From what I experience with the care givers, they're excellent. Very attentive, friendly, know mom by name, and they engage with her. It's all positive. The activities are excellent. They're very interactive. They keep the residents busy and engaged. It's a very positive social atmosphere. My only experience with transportation is the weekly outings. I've heard no negative feedback. I think they got a new bus. At any given time the housekeeping is pretty good. The rooms are clean. The common areas are clean and well maintained. Needless to say, I don’t have any complaints. Based on what I know I'd say the price is fair.

I moved my husband here because it was convenient and they happened to have a room available on the spot. The housekeeping cleans it every day and the bathroom and it's fine. In terms of the maintenance; it's fine too, they are very friendly. Management has all been excellent to the family and I think the activities they offer are very good. It's a relief to me to know someone is watching after him.

I chose Cardinal Village for my wife because I thought the community was top shelf. The care and nursing is excellent. The community provides entertaining, well planned and consistent activities for the residents. It's a tough job, so it's something you have to marvel at.

Management has been great, they've been readily able to answer any questions for me, and the healthcare staff is really fantastic. The Activities Director is just real high energy, a great person, and she seems to keep them occupied with lots of great stuff. We love that they take them on outings, that's really fantastic and the garden areas are a real plus. In terms of the heathcare staff; they are all fantastic and help get his medications ready for him.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations my father has been provided with and he has felt safe living at the community. I am satisfied with the apartment cleaning and the consistency of its service, and while I don't know if he ever used the maintenance staff or put in work orders, the building is satisfactory. He has always received the care he needed and they are quick to tell me about concerns, so as far as I can tell the healthcare staff is doing the best they can. The management is very open, receptive and is always available when needed. In terms of activities, they are very well rounded and there is always something going on because he is always involved, so it's been a great experience for him at the community.
