The Carlisle Palm Beach

I think Janean and the gentleman who is in charge of the dining room do a wonderful job. The quality of the food is quite good and they have a good variety. The service is excellent. I know that they are a couple of people that knows exactly what she wants when she comes in. They know she likes a glass of water and a small glass of cranberry juice. The activities are very comprehensive and enjoyable. The movies are enjoyed by mom quite a bit. Seeing the posters that are up they have a lot of activities and keep them pretty busy. The cleaning is quite good as well.

We have new management there now. I have met Richard and he seems like a very nice gentleman. I have met the new crew and I have to say that they are doing a pretty good job. The food is very good and the help is excellent. I think the activities are very good. Karen does a great job. I think the housekeepers do a fine job. She is a very pleasant lady. She comes regularly and does a thorough job. The transportation staff do a fine job for my mom.

Mom is in Memory Care there and as much as she is aware of, she's comfortable and safe. Management is currently fixing up the place which is nice and I have nothing negative to say. I see the activities calendar in the elevator and they look fine. They are in the process of fixing things up, so no complaints about the building.

We have a good community and some wonderful people. Our activities department is fantastic. From Karen to all the people working in it we have a fantastic activities group. I think the housekeeping is pretty good. I find they are pretty efficient and run well. I think this is a good place to live. I have been happy here for about four years now. I would recommend it to friend and others on the outside and I am quite content in being here.

It's been over a year and it's going fine, very well, my parents are liking it and have settled in. Mom and dad often tell me they are impressed with the quality of food and the variety. You can have all that you want; you're not left hungry or wanting. They're open to family and friends coming in to eat. The dining service, the staff is wonderful. He community is definitely offering a good amount of activities. You couldn’t ask for more. Mom asked for help moving pictures and putting up a new curtain rod as well as towel bar and maintenance is responsive, they are happy with it. The community recently repainted everything inside the community and it looks great. The process moved quickly. Everything looks great, the outside as well. They recently redid the landscaping. One of the reasons we were happy they chose to move there, they are safe and have that call button, and if dad doesn’t want to go down to a meal someone always asks after him. The price is fair; they get a lot for what they pay.

There is a lady that works the front desk that is very nice. I think some of the meals are very good there. In the dining room Mom has a lovely table of ladies that she is with and she thoroughly enjoys that. There is a gentleman that comes twice a month and does talks on the American songbook and he is fabulous. He is top notch. They have Ashley Cooper who comes once a year and he is great as well and the room is packed. They have singers every Saturday and that is usually very good. Mom enjoys the Happy Hours in activities as well. The transportation department is pretty good. They are very personable and I have had to call because I wasn't going to be there in the next two days and they have taken down the information to fill out that form for me so they have been very accommodating.

I think the management staff is very good. They respond to things in a timely fashion. I think the people there are pleasant and friendly. I think the dining is really good. My mother is well fed. The atmosphere and service is really nice. My mother really enjoys the food and enjoys the breakfast a lot. I am grateful because I know she is getting well fed. I like that there is a little store on the off hours where she can get a salad or soup and charge it to her room. I think that is awesome. The maintenance department fixes things promptly and the transportation service is good.

My mom is very happy there so that's all that counts. Management has always been very responsive and quick with taking care of things. The activities are good, my mom is very happy there. Maintenance keeps the building up beautifully, the grounds are lovely, they painted everything, the pool area is always neat.

I am satisfied with the price and services my mother receives at The Carlisle. I know people who gone to other communities in Florida and when I mention The Carlisle, they say that they should've sent their mothers there. Plus, it's right next to the beach, so when you walk out you can smell the ocean and it's just a very pretty setting. She enjoys the food and they have something for everyone to do activity wise on a daily basis. There is always a club, meeting or card game, so no one has to stay in their apartment without finding something to do. They did start a core group and they have exercises, including the pool, so there is a lot if you want to participate. Maintenance wise, the building is beautiful and they're redoing the community all the time with carpeting and repainting. The transportation at the community is also very reliable and very good. Overall, it's a very good community and the people are very friendly. This one woman there who met a whole bunch of people is very happy and thanks me for recommending it everyone I visit my mother, which makes me happy.

The care staff are very good and they're very responsive. I think the food is very good and the housekeeping is very good as well. My Aunt's apartment is always clean and the laundry is always done. The building is also always clean and I've seen people stop to pick up stuff from off the ground and I'm always impressed with that. They're taking good care of my Aunt and that's what's imporant.
