The Carlisle Palm Beach

I think the activties are fine and I have had no problems with the management. I have no complaints regarding dining, if the menu isn't to my satisfaction, I always find something else to eat and they're always very gracious, if they can possibly do it they do it. I love the transportation service, I use it all the time, they're very courteous and come as soon as they can. I'm very happy about everything.

My mom seems to be very happy with the activities going on there. The management teams seem to be pretty efficient, and they return calls. The care giving staff seem to be on top of all her issues. Transportation is great and maintenance keeps the community pristine. Overall, I'd say the value is good.

I think for what I get and what I pay at The Carlisle, the value is there absolutely. The apartment is wonderful and the bathroom, which is important for a senior, is accessible from the kitchen and the bedroom which is important to me. I rather stay here than go out sometimes because I feel so safe here. If I am in my apartment and I have a problem, I can push the chain and help will come, so it's wonderful. Whenever I call with any problem, management is incredible, so the staff at the front desk is fabulous. The other day the alarm went off because of a water leak and when I called, they told me to stay in my apartment, to not be alarmed and that they're going to work on it when it was 2AM in the morning, so I was really happy with that. The food I love, I am a fish eater and don't eat meat often, but the food is tasty and delicious. The dining service is great, they're right there at a moment's notice, so that dining room staff is really well run. There is always a variety because we have different soups every day and the desserts are great, so I can't rave enough at how wonderful the food is. There is always something to do every day whether it's the movies, exercise or shows at night, so the activities are really wonderful. I also get my apartment cleaned every week and after I come in, it's spotless because the cleaning girl on my floor is fabulous. The vacuuming is wonderful and I really appreciate that because you want to come into a clean home. Every Wednesday at 8 o'clock, she is there which is marvelous and after I come back, it's beautiful, so things are perfect. The building is beautiful and I was impressed when I first visited, especially the living room area since it's very well kept, so they take care of the building beautifully and they do a good job. Overall it's been a good experience for me because the primary reason for coming here was to feel safe and I feel very safe. I have recommended it and I have had people come to the community on my recommendation.

The Carlisle just always seems to be running smoothly. I feel good mom's safe there. I think the staff is always trying to keep the residents busy. I know they encourage mom and she's gotten involved in some, so that's a good thing. As far as I can tell everything is well maintained around the community. It's clean, bathrooms are clean. I'd say the caregivers are good. They're always attentive and I always get calls if there are problems of any kind. The care staff seems to be on top of it. I'd say the value is good, it's worth it.

I think the building seems good, overall. I've eaten there and I think it's very good, the dining staff seem to be attentive and know who everybody is. My mom seems to be going to yoga because she likes the teacher a lot, so that's very nice.

I think the Carlisle takes good care of my aunt. From what I can see they meals are balanced and healthy. I think the housekeeping is adequate. I think she is happy there. She has no complaints about the care staff. Generally, we are pleased.

It is a good value for what they give. I love my apartment. I think the food is fine. There is tremendous variety. The breakfasts are extrodinary. I would like to compliment the director of dining Toobie. He does a terrific job. The activities are tremendous. The building is kept nice and clean and the transportation is terrific. They are always available and they take you wherever you want to go.

I feel like we get a good value for our money here. My dad gets three square meals a day and he eats everything on his plate. The maintenance team is there in a very short amount of time if there is ever something that needs to be repaired. The care staff is wonderful and very caring. I have no complaints. If I ever do, I call Jackie and she is on it in a second. She takes care of every thing. I find my father is very comfortable and all of his needs are met.

It was the best we could find around in that neighborhood and they did a good job. The management, housekeeping, and activties wear all fine. They had a good variety in the dining room. The Carlisle did a good job for providing my brother what he needed.

I think the Carlisle generally takes good care of my mother. The maintenance people are good and they have a lot of activities; although my mother does not attend any activities. I think the food is okay.
