The Carlisle Palm Beach

The management staff is very responsive to me and wonderful with follow up. From what I've seen, the menu and food prep is very good; I feel they have a very good variety. The activities are very diverse, they are always coming up with new and interesting events; I think they keep the Memory Care people very stimulated. My mother's apartment is immaculate and everything is in tip top shape, people are always painting. Whenever I've needed my mother's carpet cleaned, I've just placed a call and they do it immediately, so I think they have a good maintenance staff there. The drivers are very courteous and always on time, whenever I've utilized them, it's worked out beautifully. The healthcare staff is very responsive and is extremely competent. I think my mother's getting excellent care and the facility is beautiful.

The Director, Jackie, is very concerned and caring. My mother likes the food and the place is spotless, always clean and looks fresh and smells good. There are some really good people there, Linda is exceptional, she's incredible, so I really appreciate that. I've known people who moved in with their pets which I think is fabulous for them to do that.

I think the services we get for my father from management, dining, and activities are all good. The staff is fine, I think they are all good.

When my mother calls and asks for anything the staff attend to it right away. They are very respectful and very reponsive and very friendly. She felt like she was home before she even moved in. They love the food. I think it is quite good as well. We were invited for a Friday night dinner before she moved in and I thought the food was excellent. There is great variety and it is well prepared. The servers are lovely and very sweet. I would absolutely recommend it,100%. I just want to say that everyone has been so kind, especially Donna. The day after we moved my mom in she was a little bit teary as we were leaving and someone came out and put their arm around her and made her feel better...it was someone up front. They siad that she was going to be fine. It seems like a very caring place. I know they have friends already. It has been a god send for us. It is nice to know that she is getting food and she is being stimulated. It is nice to know they aren't staying in their apartment. It has been a great experience.

Mom is adjusting well and the peace of mind is great for us. Mom always gives us a good word about the food. My siblings have joined her occasionally and have commented on the quality and variety of the meals and think everything is very good. The place is spotless and they make her bed and check her bathroom everyday. I have been amazed at how good the care staff is with the residents. They are superb.

I recently moved into The Carlisle and I find the people lovely and courteous, so I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations provided. Management is all lovely people and they have been helpful with anything and the food is excellent. Housekeeping does an excellent job too with everything. The people are very nice with washing your clothes and cleaning your room, so I am really happy with that. The community is well taken care of and the healthcare staff are always lovely and offer me to eat anything, so they're just super. Thus far, I am happy here and I have no complaints.

The resident I am a caregiver for has been at the community for nine months. The care staff has been accessible, they come in and give him his medication and stuff like that. The maintenance guy comes and changes the filter and if we ask for the carpet to be shampooed they come and wash it. Housekeeping has been fine too. He's safe and comfortable at The Carlisle.

I would highly recomment The Carlisle to anyone looking to move into an assisted living place. My husband and I live here and the activities are the best! I think they're doing a wonderful job and the care staff is very good as well.

I've been here five years. The management team seems to be doing a great job. I think they take care of everything. I find the food very good because there is always a choice. You can always order what's on the left side of the menu if you don’t like what's being served that night. The salmon is outstanding and I always enjoy that. The activities are great. I participate in many. I feel safe and comfortable here and am pleased with my apartment.

My mother has been living there for a long time and she is very well taken care of and she is safe. Even during the hurricane the Management provided safety for everybody and they're very organized. I've eaten there, and it's well balanced and it's delicious. Whenever I go there it's always clean and spotless. I think the care and nursing is all great there, I've never had a problem. Every time I visit her she's taken care of, she's well dressed, she's safe, and I never have to worry.
