The Carlisle Palm Beach

My mom has lived at The Carlisle for about eight months now. As far as I am concerned, my mom likes the outings, they give her something to talk about. Housekeeping and Maintenance are good. I like the food there, and I'm happy with the care she's getting. It's alright there.

I am very satisfied with the accommodations my mother has here. She even has an ocean view on a high floor. There is so much to do here in this community from excercise six times a week, to lectures, to yoga, there is plenty to keep you entertained. The quality of the food is really good. All the people that work here are really great. The transportation team is very helpful and always available for you to go somewhere if you need too. The gardens are beautiful and the recent remodeling by the new owners has been a welcome sight. I think it is an extremely fair value.

The management tries to keep up with the building and if something is wrong they try to get right behind it. Housekeeping is good. The lady I have is good. The dining room food on a whole is good most of the time. The best thing is the ice cream. I play a lot of Bingo and they have a lot of other activities. I'm pleased overall.

There hasn't been any problems with management. Anything my mom needed in the beginning, they had done whatever she listed, hung pictures, put together TV stands, hooked up the cable. We were real happy. Maintenance has been real good and has done a lot of things they've asked. I think the activities are good, my mom has been participating in some. Everything tasted good in the dining room. They give you plenty of side portions, which is great. I don't really have any complaints.

My husband lives at the community and since moving him in I have had no problems with the management. The food is good and there's plenty of it. There is always a soup. The staff is always attentive. I have no problems at all. He needs a little extra attention because he is incontinent. Housekeeping is in several times a day to clean up after him and there is never a mess or odor, which I appreciate greatly. He has used their van and that has been excellent. Despite some minor issues it's been great for my husband.

Here at the Carlisle I've had very good service in terms of management. The activities are excellent and there is a very good variety of activities. I like the book club and the cinema. Everything is clean. They come every week and keep everything clean. They change the linens as well. Everything is fine here.

They are on top of it there. My mom enjoys all the things she is participating in. Her room is always clean. Steve is excellent. I really feel like they care about the residents there. They will call me if they don't see my mom during the day. My mom is currently in the hospital and I got a call from the director telling me that they were going to go visit her there. I know she is safe there, and that's great.

Elderly care is quite expensive, but they do a good job. It's one of the best in the area. They are very helpful and prompt in getting back to me. My father enjoys the dining. They have things going every day and try to encourage the residents to partake. Maintenance repaired his TV and replaced his refrigerator. They do a good job. I think The Carlisle is one of the best in the area.

I'm really happy, and mom and dad are really happy there. They've found some friends, and The Carlisle actually encourages that, and I really appreciate it. I think it's a good value. The food is really good. The service is excellent. When they call and ask for something to be taken care of, maintenance is very prompt. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I think everything is great there; I don't have any recommendations for improvement.
