The Carlisle Palm Beach

Nice gardens, pretty landscaping, and very nice pool. The community is a beautiful community. I think the care staff is pretty good. The care staff knowledgeable and they come when you ring. It's a good value and despite the small issues, I think it's a great place.

No matter what request we make, they are as gracious as they can be. No one passes you in the hall without saying 'hello', and the staff is just lovely. For example: my mom's phone got disconnected once and I called the front desk and the gentleman went up to her room to check on her and make sure she was okay. Paula is the housekeeper for my mom and she is the nicest women I've met. Everyone is just phenomenal.

They created a happy place. It was perfect for my mother for the time she was there. The ambassador system is great. There were always people meeting the new people, and eating with them in the dining room. It's kind of like a college campus in that way! Mom was in a happy place. Karen is wonderful, I give kudos to her. She had made friends, went to happy hours, and listened with others near the piano. In the sales department Chris is a fantastic leader. He is a very warm guy, he is very personable and I think sets the tone there as a result. It didn't feel like an institution, it was a warm place.

In comparing it to the few others I checked out - the food is better, the cleaning is better, and the general services/assistance is better. I am very pleased. Maintenance was very responsive to our requests. Chris has been wonderful, Tulmita has been wonderful, and everyone has just been excellent in management. Chris never back tracked on anything he said. He has gone out of a way to please my folks which is not an easy trick. He was truthful, honest, and straight forward about what they offered.

From what I'm seeing they get great care. I don’t really know what is out there to compare price, but I know they're well taken care of and happy. My parents are slowing down so don’t take as much advantage as I'd like, but the activities are always available. My mom back in the day was a really clean person and says they don't clean as well as she did, but I know no one does. To me, everything is perfect. They're well taken care of which is the important part.

The management staff does whatever they're asked to do. The dining has been fine. The activities are good, there are plenty offered. The housekeepers come in weekly and do what they need to. Whenever we've had issues, everything is taken care of promptly. The building was getting old, so they're doing some refurbishment. It's getting much better. The staff appears to be accessible and responsive.

My mother lives at the community and we have been very satisfied with everything. The dining and housekeeping have been good. My mother doesn't participate in activities, but she receives a calendar. Care, transportation and maintenance have been good as well. We have no complaints.

We visited about four or five places when we were looking, and The Carlisle was the only place she felt comfortable with. There are crafts, entertainment; the variety offered is quite good. Things that are posted, the activities offered, sound really good. As far as the weekly housekeeping I know they’ve been helpful getting her laundry done. Sounds like they're doing their job. It's a bargain. I'm really pleased they're keeping up the quality.

I am very content with the community. I think the world of Chris, in management. The activities are absolutely the best. Karen Delgado is absolutely sensational. We have an abundance of entertainment. Our activities people are tremendous. I think we probably have the best transportation systems out there. When it comes time for me to use it I don't think I'll have any problems with it. I would recommend it. We have a wonderful staff.

They've been good to my mom and she is happy there. They've treated her well. We can never get ahold of my mother because she's always doing something. My mother has no complaints regarding the food and she was a gourmet chef. The service is good. They're responsive. She says transportation is wonderful. They're patient and prompt. Maintenance has been wonderful for my mom. If she calls them, they've been responsive. I think they've all been very good to her.
