The Carlisle Palm Beach

The value is pretty good for what people are getting here. I think the management is doing very well because I can see quite a lot of improvements. They're very friendly, very kind if you ask questions, and they will stop and talk to you, which I think is very important. There's a lot of music and entertainment. The activities are always going. The housekeepers are very good. They do the laundry and fold it, they're here once a week and clean. They're very nice and know what they're doing. The nurses, aides, and Med Techs are very good. Everybody is really friendly, that's how it should be. They know you by name, the try to help you if you need anything. They're very nice.

I think the management staff is doing a nice job and I am very pleased with the dining. Every time something needs to be done, the maintenance staff takes care of it. They've been doing a lot of work with painting the exterior and interior. It's really shaping up and looking very nice. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I happen to have a very nice apartment here, so that makes it a lot nicer.

I certainly am happy here. I like the atmosphere and I feel at home. I'm getting a lot of value. Karen is fabulous, outstanding! There is absolutely enough to do, a lot of variety in activities. I happen to like the food. Janine, who is the hostess, the manager of the dining room. She is outstanding!

It's absolutely a good value. The people are very friendly and there is always something to do. I looked at 8-10 places before coming here and this was the best. The management staff is wonderful. They listen. You can sit down and if you have a problem or need help, they listen to you. I don't have to clean or make my bed. It's absolutely unbelievable. I can't believe how wonderful the housekeepers are. Always on time. It's great. It's incredible. I had a problem with my toilet; picked up my phone, and 10 minutes later, it was fixed. It's beautiful. I'm proud to live here. When my family comes, they think it's gorgeous.

It is a fair value. Overall, it's good food in the dining room. I am pretty satisfied with the activities. They do a nice job. The entertainment on Saturday nights is very consistent and good almost all the time. Also, Harry Getzob comes and does entertaining presentations twice a month. His are always packed, and I want to make sure he keeps coming back. Sandy is fabulous. Any little problem I've had she has ironed out. She really seems to care. Every time I've dealt with her, she's been helpful. It's been an overall good experience.

I'm very pleased with the Carlisle and I think it is a good value. I think they're doing a very good job. The management staff is very attentive to my aunt and when there's a problem they always call me and let me know. I think the food is very good. Whenever I visit her, someone is always checking on her, and her laundry is always fresh and clean. The care staff is attentive to her. Wherever there's anything wrong, they take it upon themselves to take her to the doctor. Whenever anything changes, they call me.

It's a good place. The staff was wonderful when we were in the hurricane and my husband was dying. They couldn't have been nicer. If I need anything, the maintenance staff does it in a reasonable amount of time. The Med Techs are very good and they take care of everything that I need. They try to help and want to help.

There is not a facility like this facility. Kris and all the people there do a good job. The management staff always helps with any questions that I have. The food is excellent. It is one of the nicest parts of the facility. The service is excellent. The menu is good. The nurses and aides are very good. Overall we are very happy with them.

I am satisfied. The dining staff is very kind, helpful and courteous. The activities are wonderful. The maintenance staff fixes things quickly and transportation is wonderful. Overall, the price is close to other facilities.

Services are good, everything is great. Management is great. They've answered all questions and gotten back to us. Kristin was fantastic. They have a slew of activities. There's no shortage of things to do. The facility is beautiful. The care is fantastic. The woman who runs it, Juanita, she's right on it. The staff is very attentive. We're very happy.
