Her apartment is very nice, and I think the value is good. Everybody seems to be nice there. The building looks nice. I have not heard my mom complain about the housekeeping. I think they have a good variety of activities. As far as I know, the food and dining is fine. I don't have any issues with the management.

I have been at this community for two and a half years, and my life is warm each day. Our transportation is super duper, and the driver is safe. He knows where to go with a GPS if I don't. We either get there on time or ahead of time, which I really like. The building is well kept, and we just got a new maintenance man who is awesome. We are so happy to have him. The housekeeping girls work really hard to keep my room orderly and precisely done. My laundry lady is fabulous and puts things away, which is a big help. They have a great deal of activities to offer, and we even have activities on Saturdays and Sundays, like a movie with popcorn or hymnals. The dining is fine, and we got new aides who are all pretty key with bringing tea and food on time. They really have a nice management team going right now, and our executive director has the right people in the right places. Overall, I was very lonely in a single bedroom apartment, but now I have things to go and do.

It has been awesome. My dad is extremely well taken care of. They have really good food and they go out of their way to make sure he participates in as many activities as possible. My dad's apartment is very clean. When I visit my dad, he has on clean clothes and he doesn't smell. There is never any laundry laying around anywhere. I am thrilled that my dad is there. They have been awesome, and he is very happy.

My mother-in-law lived there before, sp that's how dad moved in not long ago. I am very satisfied. The nurses and aides are very thorough and caring, and they respond immediately. Maintenance keeps everything in the building in good shape, and housekeeping is very thorough. Dad enjoys what activities he does. He does a few things and loves to play cornhole. Dad eats everything on his plate. Service in the dining room is very prompt and everything is hot and delicious. The managers do excellent care, and they are very accessible. He has an excellent room. Dad feels safe and very comfortable. I think he's getting what I pay for. Nothing is lacking.

The management is friendly and they talk to us about a lot of different topics. They will help out in the dining room and they will do whatever needs to be done. If it is pouring coffee they will do it. They have big smiles on their faces and I feel I can talk to them whenever I need to. I think the activities are wonderful. Our activities director is an angel. The laundry is always clean and they do a good job on cleaning my room. They do a wonderful job with keeping the building clean. I am proud to be here. I am on the committee for new residents moving in.

The activities seem great and they are always getting the folks involved. I think the care staff are all wonderful and my family and I have been very pleased. I know he is safe there and they take very good care of him.

The aides are doing a darn good job with her and the care has been excellent. Everything I have asked management about, they have been more than accommodating.

The value for what I get is good, the price is fair. She has plenty of room, her apartment is great. The nurses in her area go out of their way to check on her. The common areas are clean and the hallways never smell. The Memory Care activities are good. I think it's a good place. We recommended it to a close friend who has moved in and seems happy there too.

They are terrific, the community has been wonderful to my step-mother. We like the management, the Director, Admissions Coordinator, and Director of Nursing there in particular. The care givers are accessible and respond when needed. Jeannie and the other activities team bend over backwards to make sure the days are filled with activities and outside entertainers coming in. I think it's a good, freindly staff. She is well cared for and we're pleased with that.

I think they're doing a great job, they provide good, quality care, so I'm very happy. I never have to ask for anything, management has always taken care of it. I think the building is flawless, it's absolutely beautiful and clean all the time, her furniture is lovely, everyone that comes to visit her is jealous of how nice the room is. She's getting really good care, there seems to be plenty of nursing staff, I think the care is excellent.
