I think this community is a great value and worth every penny! From what I have seen the food has always been clean and nutritious. The kitchen staff is doing an outstanding job with the variety of the menu and the service in the dining room is really good. When I go in her apartment it is always clean and well kept. The maintenance is great. They come in to take care of her needs when she requests something. She never has to wait long for them to respond. I thank this community for taking such good care of my mother.

The nurses are good. I think the housekeeping and laundry services and pretty good. I think they do good in activities. He likes to play bingo, and they offer that. They must be keeping him busy. The management team is doing a good job.

Management is very caring, and they recognize my dad's situation as different than the person next to him. His abilities are different, and it takes a special heart to know they are still individuals. Each one of the caregivers that I have come into contact with are willing to look at him as an individual. They take time to speak to the residents when they pass them in the halls. That shows me they have an exceptional awareness and that they enjoy their job. I have talked with the activities director several times, and they have dad doing specific things. His skill sets are different than others, but they have him doing things within his capabilities, which is good because it keeps him active. They have a variety of foods that fit the individual needs of the people here. His room is alwas clean, his laundry is always done up, and the building is very clean and neat looking. I have called a lot of communities with memory care units, and the price was very comparable. In some cases, it was even lower. The programs they do with the residents added to that value. He doesn't just have to sit in the hallway. They give him things to do.

The management staff are always helpful, informative, timely, and willing to do whatever they can to make it better. Mom goes to all the meals. She says she likes all the food. The service is very timely. She will play games, and they do go out for lunches. They have music once a week. She really enjoys the entertainment. They have movie night. There is always something going on all day long. They keep everything nice and clean. They are good to contact me if she isn't feeling well or has been sick. The care staff communicates about the medicines we have her on. They are good about communicating with her physician. They are graet. They are wonderful. They have done a really nice job with the building maintenance. THey are always doing something nicer to make it look better. The housekeepers are a delight. They watch over the people. They go above and beyond with that.

I love the new management group. Everybody that has come in with the change over is super nice, and they look out for everybody. I like it.The dining staff is wonderful, and my mom always eats all of her food. They give her plenty of activities to do. Her apartment is fine. I am more than happy with the way that the building looks. It is really nice. The changes they have done make a lot of sense to me. I love the nurses. They keep me informed on everything.

The management staff is awesome. They will bend over backwards to help you. The dining looks good. I've seen the menu, and they have a couple different options at every meal. I have seen the activities schedule, and they have a lot going on. I have seen artwork hung up with peoples names on it. They are very active. The apartment is spotless. They do her laundry, and compared to other places, she has been they haven't lost her clothes, and the clothes are clean. Overall, they are great. This is the first place she has been that I don't feel like I have to stop by everyday.

They keep the residents pretty active as far as I can see, I have been very pleased with the housekeeping and maintenance has really done a fantastic job with the flowers outside. The caregivers have been excellent. I have been there when they come in to check on him and everybody is always cheerful. I think I have my friend in the best place he can be.

My folks recognize this place as home. The current executive director is very personable, the activities director is great, and the housekeeping staff work very hard. Everyone is accommodating and responsive to any issues that may come up. I have no complaints.

Everyone has been very attentive and they have been trying to take care of mom. Anytime I have asked to see one of them they come immediately and we discuss things. There are some very kind and caring people working there. So far we are really pleased with the care she is getting from the community. She seems to like it there and says that she is being treated good.

They all do whatever is needed. I have even seen the Director drive the bus. They all pitch in and are just wonderful. The care that they give him is just exceptional.
