Overall, it is a very nice place and very friendly staff. There are a lot of really nice people there and a lot that really love my grandma and take really good care of her.

The food seems good, desireable and healthy and the activities seem wonderful. Housekeeping is excellent and her room is always clean. She is in a studio apartment and it is wonderful. The building is great and the care staff is wonderful, very attentive and accommodating. They answer all my questions and are very good at keeping me updated. This is a very nice place with really good care and I am appreciative of how well they take care of my mother. The value is great. We are getting good care for what we are paying.

Management is good with communication and good about letting me know about anything that is going on. They communicate well with my grandfather. He enjoys the food. Housekeeping keeps his room pretty clean and tidy. I feel like the care staff do a good job, and they treat my grandfather with respect.

My Dad's health has improved with the really good nutrition. The food is excellent and it is very balanced. He participates in the church activies on Saturday and again on Sunday afternoon. He is a retired pastor so that has always been an important part. The music hymns that are sung and musical programs brought in are excellent. Everything is always really nice, clean, orderly and seasonally right. There is nothing worn. Everything is really nice in appearance. The quality of care has really gotten him through. They pay attention to everything, everyday.

It seems to be going well. The activities have been really good and my mother loves the activities director. The cleaning has been really good and maintenance seems to be on top of it. The caregivers have been doing a good job.

They're always very friendly and helpful. If my mom complains about anything, they'll call me or my sister. They keep up the building and the grounds. They have nice flowers and it all looks very good. Housekeeping is on top of things. She has always talked about how good the food is. It's a warm and cozy place. They understand her specifics, her needs, and her preferences.

The games they get them to do look good. They try to make it an easy and simple game for them. They keep the place pretty clean. If there is a mess or something happens they are quick to get it cleaned up. The facility is good and they try to keep everyone incorporated, included and safe.

The dining servers are very attentive and helpful and the staff does a great job with the activities. The staff have all been very friendly, respectful and helpful. My dad has appreciated that and his apartment is comfortable and homey.

We are very pleased. The management seems responsive to issues and they care about the well being of the patients. Viola is quite happy with the quality of the food. It looks like there is a good mixture of different kinds of activities and the care givers do a good job of keeping her meds straight and listening to her needs.

They take care of their patients very well both mentally and physically. They also get back to me. My parents had some work done in their apartment and it was done perfectly by maintenance. I think Tammy, the director, listens well and makes sure that whoever is caring for them will take care of it.
